Quality Towing

I hit a very obscure traffic management abutment at 11PM in the rain in some back residential type neighborhood (NE 124^th Ave and 95 Place NE going west on NE 124^th Ave) and blew both front and rear passenger side tires. Ultimately I was in good hands with All-​State Roadside Service (after about 30+ minutes of phone waiting time) — and Quality Towing was contracted for the service.
Jeff came over pretty quick — prob about 20 minutes (which beat the original 3 hr wait from another service), was totally professional — worked at a very steady pace — and I just stood back and let him do the job step by step. I first told him to just direct me and I will follow-​up — I think he appreciated the team-​work. He drove me home to Shoreline — cost was reasonable considering I was just happy to get home by 1AM with two horribly blown tires… And he backed my car into my driveway with some effort but exactly as I had requested. And Jeff did get a nice tip…:-)

They did an excellent job towing my Tacoma Pick-​up! The were fast, efficient and reasonably priced. The service attendant was professional and the person who answered the service call was helpful and reassuring. It’s very scary & stressful for a woman who is driving alone to have a vehicle stall on the road.
I have their number stored in my cell phone. However I hope I never have to use it again. Unfortunately if I do need another tow they will be the first company I call.

These guys have saved my bacon more times than I care to remember. They get there fast, load up without a fuss, and deliver your vehicle to the shop in a flash. I used to be a AAA member to get the roadside assistance, but routinely got stranded waiting for hours for one of their partner tow trucks. Save your money and keep Quality Towing’s number in your wallet.

I love these guys. My truck broke down and I was with my two year old daughter. I need a tow immediately. Not only was our driver fast he actually got to us within the 15 – 20 min he had said. I WILL be reccommending him to friends and family.

My friend was seriously injured in a car accident and the police had Quality Towing tow his vehicle to their lot. Everyone — from front office to the tow drivers — went out of their way to help me. Mark even intervened with the AAA dispatcher when she said they couldn’t send someone out to tow the truck back to my friend’s home. When I was incredibly stressed about my friend’s condition, dealing with a confused dispatcher was beyond me. Mark and crew aren’t with AAA so they didn’t benefit from this — they helped me because that’s how they run their business. Thank you!

Shady shady shady! Tow truck driver milked the clock. Was driving 20 mph had to pull over several times because he was not going speed limit. When trying to dispute the bill the lady I was speaking too called the police when there was no reason to at all? Then they stated they can charge as soon as the call comes in for a tow??? At first they said they charge once they are out the gates? Well which one is it? Also checked with the kirkland police department and no where in their contract does it say so. I will definitely be seeing Quality towing in court.

May the diesel pusher gods always be with you but if you get stuck and need a tow or to be winched out of a muddy field, THESE ARE THE PEOPLE TO CALL!!! They got our 40 foot Moho out of a really bad situation. Thank you!

Got my car towed by these guys. They have a little racket going in Woodenville. They’ve got a guy posted there spying on people that park there who go across the street to shop or eat. The problem is I did my shopping there and went across the street too. The place was packed, so it was pointless to try and find a place to park when I went across the street. They towed my car and cost me $ 375.
This is not good business. What are these people thinking? Scam! Doesn’t want me to come back even though there are some great places there. I spent over $ 400 on wine then get scewed!

My car seems to always have many problems when I’m out and about doing my daily drives. Every time I call a tow place it’s like an hour wait, with quality tow they are fast (be there in 20−30mins) they are always nice and helpful! All tow places are pricy but that’s what I have came to realize with car problems in general, you get what you pay for and ill never go elsewhere! Thank you guys!

I would stay far away from these guys. They are as dishonest as it gets and charged me $ 350 to tow my car less than a mile (after hours fee on a fully staffed Saturday?).
If you have AAA you may have some protection from this type of thing, but you should never contact them directly. NEVER!

Fantastic service — been towed by them several times over the past 20 years. Great service, knowledgeable about transport and prompt.

Need to call AAA and they sent Quality Towing out at 6pm to change out my moms tire. The driver Jeff we a real nice guy even after working out in the hot sun all day long and you could tell because he was looking tired. He was real helpful and I would contact them if I née a tow truck.
