I wish Baristas here could be quicker and interested in their work in the evening shifts. When a customer after you gets his/her drink before you and then the barista still takes her time completing your drink while she is doing cleaning in the back then suddenly she turns and slowly adds that hot water to your drink and looks your face that all is normal, well you just put someone ahead of me, then did not respect my time and looked to me like this is not a big deal. I come here regularly and this seems to happen more in the evening shifts. Morning crew does a good job consistently!

Service was good one star for that and no stars for the overall experience. The restroom was messy with paper all over the floor and urine on the toilet seat. After my drink was made I went to the bar to add cream to the coffee and that to was a mess with garbage over flowing onto the counter(I posted a picture of this). I can understand if it was busy but it was very slow with mostly no traffic in the general area so to me there’s no excuse for the impression this location left on me. It was my first visit to this Starbucks location and I will probably never go back. I’m a long term Starbucks gold card member and this one was by far one of the worst ones I’ve been to

It’s a Starbucks. And in a location without another coffee shop within 200 feet. So that’s good. But yeah, it’s a just Starbucks. They haven’t wronged me. They’re never screwed up my order. They also haven’t made my day or turned my head with some outstanding experience. So stop on in if you’ve got the need, or don’t. Cause ya know, it’s just a Starbucks.

In a word, disgusting. There was unwrapped food stacked barley off the floor with flies enjoying the haphazard«storage» of the various pastries. Trash on the floor, all over, seriously? Filthy for Starbucks, they would have failed a heath inspection. Not impressed.

While the service and quality of food and drink all match up to Starbucks standard, we had higher hopes for this location because of its proximity to the marina. The outdoor seating is mostly on the north and east side which means no sun(in the winter at least). Inside we were struck by not the expected smell of something else besides coffee. It’s hard to describe but for us it wasn’t a pleasant smell and it was pretty strong. We did not stay but opted to go back to the main drag and visit the nearest Starbucks there. The Carillon Pt location seems to have paid parking in a private lot only.

The other day when I stopped in here my day was off to a terrible start. My metro bus never showed up, leaving me standing in the pouring rain for a 45 minutes waiting for the next one. By the time I got to Carillon Point I was cold, wet, frustrated, and already a half hour late for work. I thought, «What the heck, what’s was another couple minutes to grab a coffee?» After I placed my order I realized I only had a $ 100 bill and they weren’t able to break it(I know-I know, first world problems). I quickly asked to cancel my order because it was the only form of payment I had. That’s when something truly awesome happened! The cashier, Lauren, flashed a big smile from behind the counter and said my coffee was on the house! I was shocked because I was expecting my day to just continue getting worse. That small act of kindness and $ 3 worth of espresso completely turned around my attitude. I walked out with my coffee and a huge smile on my face. I got to my office with a slight caffeine buzz and all was right in my world again. Thanks Lauren and Starbucks!

This is a tiny little Starbucks with lots of fond Seattle memories. Since, moving to a sunnier climate, coming back here on a glorious weekend day was a real treat. It was actually hot enough to have a berry refresher and this is one of the few Starbucks which actually new their ingredients. Glad to be here on a free parking day and it’s pretty amazing that only Starbucks, the hotel and the Beach Café still are in business from the original Carillon Point( ) days.

rating a Starbucks can sometimes feel like rating your local McDonalds’ or Burger King. This place is unique because it is located in an interesting little area. Surrounded by what appears to be offices, a fancy hotel, a couple of knick knack shops and the marina, this location sports easy access to some serene views of Lake Washington. Although the actual Starbucks doesn’t face the water, you can wander down to the water front and walk out onto the pier which I find kind of nice. The actual space is a bit small and it can get crowded during the morning rush. There is parking in a structure, with validation 1 ½ hours free. I think I stayed 3 hours and paid 4 dollars.

Pretty much a run of the mill Starbucks but the people here were really personable and they actually rotate the coffee out every 30 minutes(+1) Other than that, pretty much the same thing you would experience in just about every Starbucks across the country.

A tiny little Starbucks that validates $ 2 per half hour parking. This is a weird little office area. There is only parking in super expensive ramps, so have a plan for getting your ticket stamped and not staying any longer than an hour and a half or so. When I dropped in here, the girls working were SERIOUSLYPISSED at each other, but nice to me. I was amused. I needed some amusement after the srs bsns of that morning.
