History

Established in 2011.

After years as an Excel Spreadsheet Developer and Network Administrator for several businesses, Jim Bachaud left a 60 hour per week job at a multi-​national company to start Stratocent Technologies. Strato = Cloud cent = Knowledge

We have provided email and technology solutions for companies ranging from 1 to 50 employees and are looking to increase our customer base by 300% in 2015. Windows Server 2003 expires this April, Windows 10, Office for Mac 2015 and a lot of other new and exciting changes are on the horizon! Make sure your systems are up to date and providing the most security and productivity at the same time!

I have worked in many fields over my career including residential and commercial construction management, high-​tech fire suppression in mission-​critical environments, finance and facility management, as well as many years spent making life work better with Excel, has taught me that Necessity may be the Mother of Invention, but Laziness is the Father. I love to take redundant, laborious processes and give them to a computer, while making the processes easy and fool-​proof.

I’ve been married for 23 years and have two terrific children and one outstanding grandchild.

My experience at Stratocent is that I am always either Playing or Working, but it is very hard to tell the difference between the two. I LOVE what I do!
