Established in 2005.

The UPS Store in Kirkland Bridle Trails is now under new ownership since April 2015. We strive to give the best customer service and experience. Please come in to meet the new owners and friendly staff. We will help you with all your shipping, packing, mailing and printing needs.

We are very excited to be here and our aim is for every customer to have a great experience and leave here satisfied.

The VERY best Ups Store on the Eastside!!! I am a 20 year veteran UPS Driver, and have seen the good, the bad and the superb over those years of service. The new owners have a proven track record of excellence. Their customer service, and skilled employees will impress you, and make you loyal customers for life. I have been to this location a few times. I kept hoping my experience with the staff would get better… it has not. Save yourself frustration and time, and go to another UPS store. In general I think UPS is a good company, they offer employees good benefits and tuition assistance for college. This UPS store (franchisee owned) gives the rest of the UPS organization a bad name.

Fast & friendly. I love having a local place to do my online shopping returns (I can ride my bicycle there).
This week I dropped off my online returns with the prepaid UPS labels on them and he quickly took them all in and gave me a receipt for them. The whole thing took about a minute and a half. What more could I want?

Delivery tag on door. no info just an attempt to deliver and the office box checked. called. no link to info number. Call office, no package. delivery guy signed it over to a completely different complex to a man named hubbard 5 streets away. This is how UPS treats packages requiring a signature from nordstroms. super

I’m always happy to give this store my business. They make it very quick and easy for me to ship my parcels. The owner and his employees are always very polite and courteous. Keep up the good work :-)

Wow, I’m kind of relieved to know that I’m not the only one who has had a bad experience at this UPS store. The guy at the store has a thing about tape. I had a small box that needed to be taped up and he never even offered to sell me the small amount of tape I needed.
I like to support local business and I’ve tried several times to do business at this store and failed each time, always for some odd reason. It’s like they don’t really want business. I won’t be back.
I went to the UPS store in Redmond and had the opposite experience. The woman there was lovely and helpful. I was in and out in 2 minutes and my package was mailed.

I’m excited to be the only person (so far) with a positive review for The UPS Store for a simple transaction. The guy who owns this place was there and did exactly what I needed him to do. I needed to fax something, had my own cover sheet (though he did ask me if I had one), and he faxed it, I paid, then he gave me the receipt saying it went through and wished me a nice day. I wish both his business and him a great day with happy customers. ;-)

I think one thing is clear based on my experience as well as the others posted. The owner of this place is beyond rude. I went into to mail a single letter and wanted to buy one stamp. I was curious about how long it would take to mail my one letter (to southern Washington) he said «well we are not some post office so I really can’t tell you». I said well you could make a guess, one day, two days, a week. He goes «no clue». Granted this was not my first time going here, every experience was similarly bad, however this will be my last. He is so rude, unfriendly and just down right grumpy. Do yourself a favor and drive a few minutes further just so you don’t run the chance of this grumpy, unhappy person putting a damper on your day.

I just had my first and LAST visit to this store today.
I had an item to return to Macys, so I thought I’d run up to the neighborhood UPS store. I had not taped closed the box at home, since typically businesses want to inspect before accepting packages. Here’s how it went down:
Me: «hi. I just have something to return to Macys»
Owner: «Do you have any tape? I can’t tape it for you with a prepaid label. «
Me: «well, no. I don’t have tape with me. «
Owner: «well I can’t tape it because UPS won’t pay me when it is not my shipping number. «
Me: «ummm. Ok», and I turn to leave with my 5 year old. When I reach the door to leave, he calls out «I can tape it for you, but I have to charge you. «
How much? 1 dollar. So I agree to pay the dollar, and return to the counter, where he continues to berate me for bringing in an open box with a prepaid shipping label. («This is a business, etc.»)
I then decided I would rather go somewhere else (anywhere else!) and do business with someone who isn’t rude. I told him so, and walked out. Drove to the nearest Staples, and had a great customer experience. My 5-​year old even noticed the difference.

The guy that owns this place is a total douchbag. I’ve been there twice and won’t be back for a third time. He basically acts like he is doing you a favor and going out of his way to take and ship your package. He’s not friendly and comes across in a way that just makes me not like him. There is a USPS office in the drugstore nearby, I’ll be using them to ship when I’m in the area from now on, as the extra charge to ship through UPS isn’t worth it from this location.
