This establishment covers all things related to jewelry. It was rated best jewelry store for 2013 – 2014 in their county and I can see why. It’s nothing fancy but the staff are knowledgeable and attentive. I needed a link or two removed from a broken watch band. I fully expected to leave the watch and come back later. My watch was taken into the back room and repaired on the spot. I’ll go back for repairs or jewelry purchases.

I dare you to walk in here and get greated. I’ve been standing patiently waiting for someone to acknowledge me for 10mins already. Guy in the back is on his phone and definitely saw me walk in. I think if I walked in on fire they still wouldn’t notice me… I haven’t even done business here yet and I’m agitated.

I have been at Ken’s Jewelry and Repair several times. Each and every single time the manager Louis II and his colleagues have provided outstanding service and expertise in their respective trades. Specifically, Louis II has always taken the time to understand my needs and what I am looking for, as well as answer my questions and concerns. I feel like I am family there and their jewelry is of the highest quality… they can repair, clean, appraise, and pretty much anything else when it comes to jewelry/​watches.
