Had a very strange experience here awhile ago and have never gone back. The older lady who cut my hair(her chair was in the back left corner) used a straight comb instead of a brush when she was blowdrying my very long hair. She then went back with a flat iron to smooth it out. It was just odd, no one has ever used a comb on my hair while blowdrying before. There were also two young children running around the salon. It appeared as though they were on school vacation or something, and there for the day. It also didn’t seem like their mother was there(didn’t seem like anyone was watching them or trying to keep them quiet). Maybe the older lady doing my hair was their grandmother. Either way, they were very distracting and took away from what would typically be a relaxing experience.

I accompanied a friend, who has been going to Courtney for years. I was hoping Courtney could salvage something from a bad haircut. She’s a genius. I’m 64 yrs. old and have never had such an expert cut. She didn’t need me to explain what was wrong;she knew instantly. I just wish I didn’t live so far away. And… she’s warm and personable.
