I have been a licensed general contractor since 1986. I am licensed to build commercial and residential structures. My projects involve renovations, remodeling and additions. I build custom vacation homes, permanent residences and commercial buildings. I am on work sites most hours of every day

and my wife Rhonda’s multi tasking in the office enables us to give clients detailed attention and fluid motion with our constant communication.

We enjoy our work and we take our business seriously. Rhonda and I own and live in the Kitty Hawk home that I remodeled in 1975 and will continue to be here for our customers. I was raised my entire life on the Outer Banks. Some natives of this sandbar were born in a tiny hospital in Jarvisburg, North Carolina, like my self. Brad Loy Builder Ltd. works with and grew up with the majority of local tradesmen partners, who share the companies everlasting commitment to building the home that our customers want to build, and the way they want it built.
