Established in 1987.

Established in 1987 by Alejo Heller. Alejo has been working and finishing concrete on the Outer Banks for more than 20 years. Heller Concrete, Inc. is well known on the Outer Banks for its beautiful concrete work and honest dealings. Contractor’s and supplier’s on the Outer Banks, unless they are new to the business, know Heller Concrete, Inc.‘s great reputation for beautiful concrete work with exceptional attention to detail. Heller Concrete, Inc. is a small business that over the years only takes on the amount of work that Alejo can personally oversee. He does not have a desire to be the largest concrete finishing business, only to do the best work possible. Contractors and home owners return to Heller Concrete, Inc. project after project. Heller has built his reputation on his attention to detail and his complete commitment to his work!

I take my craftsmanship very seriously & consider myself a perfectionist. I’ve built my business through hard work & a complete knowledge of my trade. In the many years in business my contractors & residential customers appreciate my attention to detail & my straight forward attitude. I’m a fair & reasonable person & do everything possible to please my customers. In the many years in business I’ve had only one customer that I could not please. Due to his own negligence, & not taking my advise as he was building his house on the waterfront, without the knowledge of a contractor, he did not follow through with the necessary landscaping around his home for more than a month. Two tropical storms with record breaking rains came & undermined his concrete. I would have worked with him to solve this had he been reasonable & not blamed my craftsmanship wanting a new free slab. I am pleased to know that only 1 person in 25 years is not a bad record. Reference letters can be viewed at my website.
