Associate Broker — In the years before to his move to the Outer Banks in 1992, Rick grew up vacationing in Nags Head and fell in love with the area. Rick is an active musician, a huge hockey fan and player, loves to travel, and embraces the lifestyle the Outer Banks has to offer which includes surfing, swimming, and relaxing on the beach. Rick lives on the Outer Banks with his 2 children.

Rick is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 20 years of experience, specializing in representing clients in purchasing and selling single-​family residences and income properties for all areas of the Outer Banks. Rick has a vast knowledge of the Outer Banks not only with real estate but also with all that the area has to offer such as the different school districts, neighborhood information, social and cultural activities, to name a few.

Prior to Rick’s real estate career, he graduated from St. Bonaventure University in New York with a degree in Accounting and worked as an Insurance Accountant
