Cimarron Inn Klamath Falls

Our room was super clean with all the amenities we needed — hair dryer, coffee maker, makeup remover pads (!!), shampoo/​conditioner/​soap affixed to the shower wall in individual pumps, TV, Wi-​Fi, etc. The staff was also extremely friendly. I was surprised to see a personalized, handwritten note welcoming us to the hotel!
In general, our stay was quiet and peaceful, which was welcomed after a long drive with a baby. In the morning we enjoyed a simple continental breakfast where they even had a highchair available for our daughter. Love that.
We stayed here for one night as we were making our way to Sunriver, Oregon. Will definitely be back again.

Patti in the front office was very helpful and knowledgeable when discussing the surrounding area. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating during the stay.

We booked for one night only just in case we didn’t like the place. We ended up booking a second night.
Front desk staff were friendly/​professional. Two ladies on in the morning were super lovely and sweet. They have tea/​coffee available at all times in the lobby, and even have soup in the evenings. Hot and cold continental breakfast available in the mornings (they even have fresh pink grapefruit available!!). Room was decent (nothing too fancy), working air conditioning (saving grace in the winter time!!), comes with wifi, microwave and mini fridge, great water pressure in shower, decent bed. Lots of parking available. Second floor is the quietest. It was a bit icy overnight and they had a scraper for us to borrow in the morning, which was super handy because having just driven from SoCal we forgot what happens to your windscreens overnight in snow weather!
Overall, this place is really good for the price we paid (approximately $ 77 for a double queen) and I would recommend it in future.

We had never stayed here before, but we will be staying again. They are very pet friendly, and when traveling with a large dog it’s never easy to find a place like this! When we checked in the staff was very friendly and even gave us a travel water bowl for our dog. This place has a large parking lot and a lot of room and it’s close to food options, which after traveling all day in a car the last thing you want to do is spend more time in the car to get food. Ooo almost forgot, the shower… I’ve never stayed in a hotel with that much water pressure! It was great!

Room was ample and had what was needed. We needed Wifi, and the Wifi was essentially non-​existent. As soon as it connected, it dropped. Never could get it to work (and I am a computer nerd). I’ll give them credit for reducing the bill because of the Wifi problems. The desk guy said they would be installing new equipment soon. So if you really need Wifi, ask if they have upgraded their equipment and if the wifi is now reliable.

We stayed for two nights and from the moment we checked in was pleasant. The staff were exceptional! Nice rooms, nice breakfast, nice staff, nice pool and triple nice for the nice price!

3.5 Stars! Stopped here as a place to sleep for the night. Didn’t have too many expectations as it is not a resort. The staff is super friendly and the rooms were clean and fine for a night. I would say the one negative is the really loud air conditioner which we had to turn off in the middle of the night. It also kept turning on and off ever 5 or so seconds, so if you’re a light sleeper it might be tough to get a good nights sleep. Oh and the maid came in our room at 8am. A quick knock and before we could say anything the door was open. We got here too late for soup at night, but Breakfast was fine. Not a ton of options but I wasn’t really expecting that. Cost for two queen beds was average to a bit high at $ 85 considering the AC issue. Overall experience was good and if I was ever back here I would have no problem staying here again!

It covers all the expectations of staying in a motel. Appropriate parking space, spacious room having all basic amenities like wi-​fi, refrigerator, dressing place and a decent bathroom. I loved the toiletries consisting of a body wash which I haven’t seen in a 5 star property. Breakfast also included many options which was filling… Totally enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back…

They got it right here. Comfortable, clean, affordable (not cheap but reasonable). I had a great night sleep and I’m ready for another day of driving.

This place is good only for the price. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Not much air circulation. Bathroom door was broken. Beds and floor were really noisy. You can hear people from side rooms n top floor. But the breakfast is awsome.

I’ve probably spent about 300 nights in the last year in motels, and in the all of the motels I’ve stayed at during my time working on the road, this is one I will remember.
The staff has been friendly and polite on every occasion I’ve spoken with them, which is kind of expected, but they were among the most pleasant staff I’ve ever interacted with — particularly Travis and Patricia at the front desk. Spectacular service on their part. I even ended up leaving one of my belongings here and came back a month later for it and they knew exactly what it was and I got it back in a jiff.
As far as amenities go, everything exceeded my expectations. Parking wasn’t a problem, even with my large service truck. The coffee and the breakfast were a few levels above. The TV, the WiFi and the bed were all above reproach. The fridge kept my brews nice and chilly and my yogurt didn’t end up frozen over the next morning.
The bathroom had a great shower that really packed a punch. I end up pretty grimy after a day of work and a shower possibly powerful enough to scrub the crud off of an elephant is a refreshing change of pace. The toiletries for the shower are in refillable containers which ensured I had enough conditioner for my beard and actually have a note on them that they are not tested on animals, which alone is enough for me to come back again next time I’m in town. They also allow pets, and while I don’t travel for work with any animals, it makes me like the place even more.
I’ve stayed in a few other places in Klamath Falls, often for about 2 weeks at a time and this inn sets a standard far above their competition. I’ll absolutely be back.

Stayed here a couple a few years ago after we had went to Toketee Falls near Crater Lake, and saw a sign saying «Watch for bump» watching for the bump, and felt the car bottom out, took the car to Les Schwab they said we killed a motor mount and recommended a local mechanic as it wasnt something they did–
So the mechanic guy recommended this place since we couldnt extend our stay at the Worldmark Running Y resort, My impression of the place was that its a nice 2 to 3 star motel, I would have no problems returning here if the price is right– the staff was very friendly and gave us a stranded motorist rate.

Good clean hotel, Very quite area.
They are part of Oxford Suites.
But the rooms are way smaller then other Oxfords I have stayed in.
Very pet friendly, there is a dog park behind the hotel with easy access.
Would stay here again.

Spent the night here and happy we stayed here. Clean room comfortable bed good staff. 2 restraunts within walking distance: Elmer’s and Denny’s. They also have a list in the office for more choices. Must remark that it was quiet.

Yes, it does not look great from the outside. However, the customer service was amazing & the room itself was very nice.
The shower was great & I loved the shampoo & body wash dispensers.

Clean room with a comfortable bed and décor. Nice water pressure in the shower! Staff was great. Breakfast was ok

4) family suite was a treat! Each kid got their own bed.
5) rooms, although older, were clean and comfortable.

Nice and clean, have stayed here a number of times when in K-​Falls on business and pleasure. Staff has always been friendly and attentive. After a hard day out, this is a great place to come «Home» to. I prefer to be on the second floor in the middle of the South wing.

This place doesn’t look like anything from the outside, other then being an old school motel of a busy road.
However, the Air Guard Base I am attached to started putting us up in the rooms here when the barracks were overflowing.
I was really pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room and found it to be among one of the cleanest, freshest looking hotel rooms I have stayed in.
They offer a great breakfast in the morning and they usually have soup or at least cookies for an evening snack. And they always have fresh fruit, tea and hot coffee. I love being able to go grab a banana or an apple, especially when I’m traveling with my little preschooler.
You cannot beat this place for value, cleanliness and the friendliest service in town!

I have to give the 4-​star rating for a clean & inexpensive room for my family and I. We did bring our furry pal, which tacked an extra $ 25-​fee, but upon arrival, our pup got a complimentary water bowl and was welcomed. Considering they allow animals, I was surprised our room didn’t smell like one, which was cool. They have a designated dog area OR behind the hotel there is a walking trail with grass and trash/​poop bags (but very dark at night so just use caution).
The room was clean upon arrival. They had a breakfast in the morning; the person tending to the food was friendly and she was stocking as food was being removed.
I didn’t care about the location as we weren’t expecting much other than a comfortable place to stay. At least there are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets, so your proximity to these amenities may be key. Plus, the downtown area has more eateries and stores.
We were comfortable, EXCEPT, we did have pretty inconsiderate neighbors that kind of dampened our trip. We did have to complain, which was quickly taken care of as the noise immediately quieted. Obviously nothing to do with the hotel, but those rude neighbors. (Perhaps just check in with the front desk to avoid bigger groups like this in the future…)
Overall, we hope to come back again when in town.
