History
Established in 1996.
Chef Robo aka Rob Hanechak is a fine dining Chef with close to two decades of professional kitchen experience. He graduated top of his class at the New York Restaurant School. He has honed his skills while working at some of New York’s finest restaurants. Trained under David Bouley, Jeremy Marshall of Aquagrill, Nobuyuki Matsuhisa of Nobu and Starr Boggs, he is an enthusiastic and passionate teacher. A versatile instructor, he is experienced with a variety of cuisines: New American, Modern Spanish Tapas, Traditional Italian, Creole Cajun, Latin Fusion, French-Moroccan, Continental, Mediterranean, Japanese/Sushi and South American. Most recently he was the Executive Chef at Plan B Tapas on Mulberry Street in NYC’s NoLita neighborhood.
