I needed my Saab towed after a coolant hose burst. My insurance company called these guys after I requested that the truck be a flatbed (my car has a very low front lip). Zeb showed up on time, was extremely courteous, and respected the concern I expressed for my vehicle. He hooked everything up quickly, was friendly to talk to, and very professional. If I need to get towed again, I will call these guys (and request Zeb). Thanks Big Mack Towing!

EXTREMELY friendly driver helped me out on 1÷8÷16 when I got stranded in the Harris Teeter parking lot in Cameron Village. I wish I could remember his name… He was so kind and polite. He even offered to stay with me when he realized my ride hadn’t arrived by the time he was ready to pull away with my broken down car. So thoughtful! It really meant a lot to me!

The driver arrived 30 minutes earlier than communicated by my Roadside Assistance company. He was meticulous in his efforts to get my low-​profile car onto the flatbed without scraping either the front or rear bumpers– he even had 2×4’s that he alternated between my tires to help lift my car! I’m hoping to not have to get towed again anytime soon; but if I do, I’d certainly use this company again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY… I waited 3h for pick up. When my vehicle was finally picked up it was taken to the parking lot of the wrong dealership. My vehicle was never checked in at the dealership and keys we left on the car seat with the car doors open. It took us 2 hours to find the vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! When I called to complain the owner was RUDE

Didn’t use their service but he tailgated me all the through the I40 construction zone & I was doing 75 in 65. Driver weaved in and out of traffic towing a vehicle and one on the flatbed. He will be killed or kill someone one day, probably the latter. 85mph towing two vehicles… really? Truck 513

My camry broke down at work the guy that came to tow it was named Matt he was really nice, quick, and professional! I would use this company again and tell my friends to do the same hopefully I don’t have to but they get the job done right!

It wasn’t in my plans to get a tow as I was moving from North Carolina to Ohio, however, due to the terrible conditions on 40 westbound, I hit some random piece of metal and blew out a tire. Subaru roadside assistance scheduled this tow and I was told that they would arrive in an hour. The driver called to confirm where I was and thankfully arrived within 30 minutes. Both drivers were friendly and helpful. They quickly got my car off the side of the road where 4 lanes of traffic were buzzing by at speeds of 70+ mph and got me to a dealership. I would hope I will never need a tow truck again in Raleigh, NC, but if I did, I would call these guys.

While Progressive told me they would be there in an hour and the driver arrived in about an hour and a half the driver was super fast and friendly when he arrived and was incredibly helpful. If I ever need a tow again I will call them!
