Meet the Manager

Courtney T.

Manager

Courtney has been with KinderCare since October 2001. She relocated to North Carolina in February of 2009. She has been working with children in a variety of settings for over 10 years, starting as a nanny when she graduated high school. Growing up Courtney always knew one day she would be the Director of a school. She started as a teacher while attending college and slowly worked her way to becoming a Director. Courtney believes all children deserve a chance to receive the best education possible. Being a part of Knightdale KinderCare has been the most rewarding experience for her. She has been able to continuously improve the quality of careatthis. From achieving nationalaccreditation to obtaining 5 STARs she sets the bar high for her staff and families. Building relationships and partnering with the families and communityhere in Knightdale has been a passion and is evident in the school environment each and everyday.
