Red Leaf Lawn & Tree Care

This is a perfectly rude and inconsiderate company. When I first moved here 2 years ago, they trimmed the two trees and shrubs in the front of the house, and possibly mowed the lawn, that I don’t recall. They were affable, jovial, friendly and extremely affordable. Well, fast forward 2 years, and wow, something drastic has changed. I called because a storm had broken 3 branches on one of the trees, and asked for an estimate I called back and said, while you’re here, I’d like an estimate for trimming the hedges (there are 7 of varying sizes) and to trim a Holley tree. The technician said he’d be out in a day or two. During this time, my neighbor kindly cut them for me, for which I was very grateful. They showed up without phoning first, and I told them about my neighbor’s magnanimous gesture, but could I still get an estimate on the shrubs and tree. Well, it was taking some time, so I went out to speak to the guy, and instead saw their truck doing a U-​turn and driving away! Without informing! No explanation! I called and said, «Man, WTF?» and his reply was they only do full lawn maintenance. What a crock of BS, given what was printed on their business card that is now in the garbage. Fine. You don’t want the job, have the courtesy, the decency, to tell me to my face, afterall, you’re already at the house. I find their behavior completely inexplicable.
