While a long time customer with 2 teen children after my last visit to the Turkey Creek location and the overwhelming display of unprofessional behavior and immature attitudes of the management staff i will not use this location again and will discourage my family and friends from shopping here. On top of this I would never let my teenage daughter work in this environment.
As a multiple unit regional VP with a guest forward business I would be appalled to learn my «leadership «used unprofessional language, spoke down and in a rude fashion to younger staff, posted schedules the day before the work week starts, (heard all about this as I looked at jeans), reprimanded team members in front of guests, the list goes on. There is a deep cultural issue in this location that is an embarrassment to the AEO Brand.
Don’t waste your time or money shopping here. Drive the 15 minutes to another location until the leadership team is replaced.
