History
Established in 1995.
Over the past 25 years I have had the privilege of handling bankruptcy law from varied and valuable viewpoints. I served as a judicial Law Clerk to a United States Bankruptcy Judge, and was a member of the Panel of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees for the Eastern District of Tennessee. I also worked as a bankruptcy attorney for both the FDIC and local banks and lenders. Since 1995 I have used that experience to effectively represent hundreds of consumers and small businesses in successful Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.

C. Edwin Shoemaker, Attorne Y.
Business Owner
Since 1995, C. Edwin Shoemaker, Attorney, has delivered Personal Attention, Experience and Successful Debt Relief to East Tennessee individuals and small businesses. I personally handle all phone calls, meetings, case preparation and court appearances. I listen and work with you to choose the best debt relief solution. I will not file a bankruptcy case if it is not right for you. If you decide on bankruptcy relief, I walk you through process start to finish. My firm is not a bankruptcy factory– if you have felt that way elsewhere, call me. My years as a judicial law clerk to a U.S. Bankruptcy judge, a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee, and creditors’ counsel to the FDIC and local banks have allowed me to see bankruptcy thorough the eyes of the court, creditor and trustee– I put that knowledge to work in guiding people like you to financial freedom. I have helped hundreds of people and small businesses free themselves of debt and keep what they own.
