Duncan & Sons’ Building Maintenance Inc. is family owned & operated with a 26 year proven track record of serving East TN and greater Knoxville areas. «Relationship is as important to us as the work itself», says owner and founder Gary Duncan. This motto has driven Duncan & Sons’ to be a leading competitor in the Knoxville market.

Manager

Daniel has been a member of the Duncan & Sons’ team since 2014. He is an IICRC certified technician in carpet and upholstery cleaning, and also specializes in tile & grout cleaning. He also works in the sales & marketing departments for Duncan & Sons’.
