History

Established in 2013.

With over 20 years in the fire and emergency services, we have seen first hand the the devastating effects home fires cause. Today home fires burn faster and hotter then ever before and it is our mission to get THE best education to the community to help them prevent and be prepared in the event a home fire occurs. FireProof Safety Solutions was established after years of being REactive to fires, we now are being PROacive. Lives are lost daily due to inadequate preparation and knowledge about having the earliest smoke/​fire detection possible and how to react and escape during a fire. Our business provides important home fire safety facts that the public is mostly unaware of.

Business Owner

Continuing to serve as a Full-​Time Firefighter/​Paramedic and Fire Protection Inspector with 20+ years in the fire and emergency services, I have a passion and desire to help educate, teach, and bring awareness about the importance of home fire and life safety to families in and around the Knoxville community. I served as a Firefighter/​Paramedic and Lieutenant with Rural/​Metro Fire in Knox County and operated as a Hazardous Materials Technician with the Knox County HazMat Team. With a passion for teaching I was promoted as a Field Training Officer with Rural/​Metro EMS and Fire. Over the years I have dedicated my time in learning interpersonal dynamic skills, and leadership skills to help be the best leader possible. In 2000 I received employee of the month and year with Rural/​Metro EMS and received the Star of Life Award in 2001. In 2013 I was privileged to be voted by classmates to receive the Dale Carnegie Highest Award for Achievement. Let me know what I can do for YOU!
