Business Owner
When Mike Martin worked on his first property, a passion for the construction and real estate business was born. The MTM Construction and Preservation founder relishes seeing the power of a transformed space make dreams a reality, improve neighborhoods, and rebuild lives.
With more than fifteen year’s experience in the contracting and home improvement industry and more than a decade’s experience in the insurance and storm damage industry, Mike has worked on a wide variety of properties and comes equipped to tackle any construction project.
As a project manager at RealNet, Mike flipped dozens of houses – learning how to turn distressed properties into highly coveted gems. At Zurix Roofing and Repairs, he gained expertise in insurance claim and storm damage work. As a project manager for BKA Restoration, he became highly skilled in restoring homes damaged by water and fire. Mike is also a seasoned real estate broker, affording him an eye for current market trends increasing your ROI.
