History

Established in 1986.

Founded in 1986 by Bob Latimer, University Real Estate began by converting apartment buildings into condominium units. Additional condominium and apartment projects followed, from new construction to extensive renovations. University Real Estate has evolved from a construction oriented company to what it is today «A vertically positioned company involved in all aspects of the condominium and apartment business». Michele G.

Manager

Michele Garren is the Principal Broker and Property Manager for University Real Estate. She has been with the firm since 2001 and has extensive experience with managing several hundred apartment and condominium units as well as managing multiple condominium associations.

Michele is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and has been awarded the Silver Award of Excellence (Formerly Multi-​Million Dollar Producer) for 2012 and 2013 from the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors.
