Dropped my Xbox off to be cleaned last Thursday… After being lied to numerous times about how long it would take, «we are starting on it right now» «he’s working on it as we speak» and so forth I go to pick it up today… The guy proceeds to start on it right in front of me (it’s supposed to have been done on Saturday already). I told him to stop, I would take it home, watch a YouTube video and render him useless to me.
The room full of computers that were «all here to be fixed, too» was his excuse for lying to me repeatedly.
I called him out on it (in front of about 8 of his customers) and told him if that’s the way he does business, he won’t have many of them around for long.
Customer service? Not at «We fix it» electronics in Knoxville, TN.
