Just got ripped off by Comfort Zone Heating. AVOID USING THEM! The technician arrived at 9 pm and could not make the repair because his tool broke, and he didn’t bring the necessary parts, even after I told them what was broken! He brought the wrong sized fan and it was too late at night to get the part, and to repair his tool. So he returned the next morning to finish the job. Great, except he CHARGED FOR TWO TRIPS! The company refused to drop the second trip charge, telling me that it wasn’t their fault they had to come out twice. But it was! So, I paid the bill and told the tech I would tear up his company’s business card and use someone else next time. I recommend YOU DO THE SAME!
