Hopson BP & Dunkin’ Donuts

I’m a Hyde DD fan and can tell you this place is nothing less than a dump. To top it off a medium coffee here was $ 2.09 plus tax. That’s 20 cents more than the standard DD price. Not sure where they get off charging more than normal price but they need to get their head in the game. I’ll drive a little further and go to a legit DD.

I know this is a low end food chain, but the service here is below awful. My husband and I ate here this morning for breakfast, and it took about 10 minutes to even get to the register to put in our order (there were 2 people in front of us…). When we placed our order, the girl at the register was so scatter brained, wasn’t focused on what we were saying and was just down right dumb, for luck or a better word. I don’t know her name because she rung us up under a guys name, but she was a heavy set blonde. My husband wanted orange juice, and her response was «we ain’t got no orange juice.» What!!! Who talks like that to customers? When we proceeded with our order, she told us they were all out of caramel for the coffee. How do you run out of basic items like orange juice and caramel? She interrupted me mid-​sentence because she forgot to get the people in front of us coffee… I actually had to tell her to focus on what we were saying at one point. Additionally, the store was disgusting, trash everywhere, very little amount of signs actually on their donut display case, nothing in their condiment bar, and to top it off, our order was wrong! Terrible terrible terrible, save your money …

Friendly service but just gross food. The croissant bread was excellent but everything was just ok or less. I have never eaten at this chain before so I have no way to compare. I just probably won’t eat at this chain ever again. The hash browns had good seasoning at least.

Unfortunately this location has some issues that need to be corrected. …they are always out of something. .ok everything! Several times I have gotten the wrong order… wish theycould get it worked out. I love Dunkin coffee… but this is just too much of a disappointment!

I had purchased my morning coffee at the DD in Lenoir City but they added sugar, which I did not want. At all. I was extremely angry. These folks replaced the coffee and made it right, free of charge, without hesitation. Thank you for saving my morning.

Please don’t go here. Wait for coffee somewhere else. Stale donuts. Hard, burnt biscuit. Watery coffee. I want the 20 minutes I stood in line back.

Slowest dunkin donuts I have ever been to! We went on the way out of town to grab a quick breakfast. It was breakslow. There were 3 ladies in front of us and it took us about 10 minutes before we even ordered. It would not have bothered me if it was super busy, but there was no sense of urgency among the service. Then we waiting for an additional 10 minutes or so for our food, which was not even that compared to other dunkin donuts I’ve been to.
If America runs on dunkin apparently Americas running pretty slow. If I’m ever back in the area driving I will not stop here again.
However, the shop was very clean which is always a plus!

Slowest service I can even imagine. Unfriendly staff and bad coffee. I love dunkin, but this place was truly terrible.

This place is always busy… but that could be because its the last stop before the highway, parked between Wendy’s and the Fireworks Superstore.
Gas prices are average. The bathrooms are tiny and always seem to have a line, but decent. And they have a pretty decent stock of snacks for the road.
