This place has great looking apartments, but beauty is only sink deep with this complex. Terrible customer service!!! The water/​dish washer has very high levels of lime in the water and when we complained to management they said that they have know about the problem for a while. All of our dishes were ruined in 1 month and they basically told us tough luck! I have found small pil bug (rolly-​pollies) coming out from behind my bathroom counter and management said at least they aren’t roaches. Also, be prepared for a sleepless night if a snow storm comes through because the contracted plow company will come run a snow-​blower at 1 am!!! After the second time this happened I called the front office at 12:30 am to leave a message about how I was unhappy that I was being woken-​up in the middle of the night. I left my name, which apartment I lived in and my phone number; after my call wasn’t returned I went into the office and talked to the manager in charge and she told me «I got your message, but I didn’t recognize your name and so I didn’t think the call was meant for us.» what a line of crap! Why would a random stranger call an apartment complex at 12:30 in the morning giving their name, address and phone number to complain about a snow-​blower if they didn’t live there? I understand that this is only a rental and that everything cant be perfect but this is one of the more expensive complexes in the area so I guess I just expected more. UNIMPRESSED!
