Palm Palm Kauai

I had so much fun here. I am five months pregnant, six feet tall and feeling like a fat toad that does not belong in a beautiful clothing store. Any other fancy boutique that I have wondered into gives me that shrinking feeling like I did not belong… in both body and wallet size. The owner (Marjorie) and the other girls that work here are so warm and inviting. Marjorie helped me find comfortable, beautiful, classic and stylish clothes that fit on my pregnant frame and will be perfect once I am back to my normal size. The dresses and pants can be cut to any height (mine did not need cutting as I have a 36inch inseam). The fabric is stretchy and so so soft. The clothes are formed to flatter any frame. Layered they can be used for any location from summer in Hawaii to here at my home in Alaska. In Alaska I wear the same dresses with a long sweater, lovely colorful scarf around my neck, thick wool tights, and tall boots. Marjorie’s assistance in choosing accessories is so much fun! This little store is full of so many amazing items that cannot be found easily… from clothes, jewelry, handbags, belts, scarves, on and on it goes… The ability to try on so many options and Marjorie’s (and other girls) assistance with accessorizing/​choosing options that look good on each body style is well worth the minimal extra cost in comparison to ordering online from factory direct Rachel Pally. Rachel Pally clothes are fantastic but they are multiplied a million times by Marjorie’s choises in accessories. Now I have to figure out how I will get to Kauai every year. My husband thinks that I am crazy but I really do not want to shop anywhere else!

Stay away unless you want to pay very high premium. Purchased a Rachel Pally dress. Looked it up online after to get in another color. Paid $ 320 and dress was $ 240 on the Rachel Pally website and that is full price! There is a reason designers have a list and they just are greedy to charge even more 33% more!!!

There are reasonably priced items and also some luxury items but everything is a great quality and fun!

While on vacation here for my sister’s wedding, I found the perfect wedding gift to give– seahorse glass-​etched stemless wine glasses, and ordered a personalized glass decorative plate with my sister and brother-in-law’s name and wedding date on it. The owner was so helpful about getting the plate personally made, and it was shipped pronto to me back on the mainland… amazing customer service, I say! The store itself is super-​cute, with a lot of wonderful jewelry and other delightful, unique gifts. I would definitely revisit if ever back in Kauai.

The biggest Rachel Pally selection I’ve ever seen in a store; he owner is really creative about mixing up the looks with just one dress. I was ready to try some dresses on and hopefully find something that worked, but then I got sticker shock. The Rachel Pally items had a premium added to the prices I’m accustomed to on the mainland; ~20% — 25% markup. I brought plenty of dressed with me, so I decided to pass.
The saleswoman was really nice, but also a bit overbearing that it turned me off a bit too and made me want to leave the store pronto.

Gorgeous clothing, unique handbags and beautiful jewelry. I came into this shop over my honeymoon a few times. I finally decided to buy my mother a necklace and she adores it. I would visit this store if it was here on the mainland as well. Husband and wife run this cute shop and were extremely helpful and friendly. Worth visiting and returning.

This store is very nice, however after looking around there is more than just jewelry inside. They have a multitude of items ranging from decorations to bags and purses. Holiday items, chocolates and the likes. They also have very beautiful jewelry in here. So if you are looking for a very unique store on the south side, this is it. There is plenty of parking at the mall where this store if located.
They had some very nice bags made out of the burlap coffee bags. This store is definitely worth a stop if you are in the area. Beautiful decorations make for an enjoyable visit in the store.
