Specialties
We are a diversified micro farm — meaning we do a whole lot, with just a little. We offer detailed, hands on time from the owners — one of the many reasons people love us. We raise heritage breed livestock — Norwegian Fjord horses, Irish Dexter cattle & Jacob sheep. Someone once called us the United Farm Nation! We offer amazing youth birthday party packages here at the farm as well as private and school tours.
During the summer we offer a very small group of youth a week to come out and learn first hand about farm life. We call it Farm Life Camp. We accept less than 12 kids for the week, meaning they get that personal attention and lots of hands on time.
We offer a very limited number of riding lessons for youth on our Norwegian Fjord horses.
History
Established in 1995.
We raise Norwegian Fjord horses for pleasure riding and horseback instruction to the public. We also have a limited, distinct breeding program in place for the future of the breed.
During the summer months we offer our own version of camp for kids ages 5 – 14: Farm Life Camp; where kids come out and spend a week learning about real life on a working farm. Kids have fun working with the animals, gardens as well as learning about riding horses.
We also offer spectacularly unique birthday parties on the farm as well as educational farm tours, both of which have been very popular. Our farm continues to evolve and grow as each year passes. We love working our land.
Our facility is also available for your special event … weddings to movie sets! Call us and we would love to chat more.

I love farm life! Including get my hands dirty and knowing how to use the shovel. The farm is one of my greatest joys in life and I love to be able to share it with other … Willows Edge Farm was a dream that I had a long time ago and we’ve been growing ever since.
I was raised with a variety of horses & ponies as well as a few cows & chickens. I started training my first pony when I was about 7 and by the age of 10 had trained my ponies how to drive. I’ve enjoyed working with horses ever since. You can read more about my horse history at our Our Story page.
Besides the farm, I love gardening, teaching, traveling & studying our rare breeds.
