BYOB. Pulled pork, slowly smoked, smoked pork ribs, grilled chicken sandwiches and grilled burgers. We have taken the porkette meal to new heights by turning it into a delicious sandwich. We pride ourselves in making our food from fresh local ingridients and not just opening a can or package and heating and serving.
History
Established in 2004.
Started at home cooking over a franklin wood stove just for fun. Using wood only. It had such a great taste and the smell of the wood burning was very pleasing. We thought it would be a great idea for a restaurant and a unique one as we would prepare all or as much as we could cooking with just wood.
