Mitchell Motorsports is a family-​owned and operated trike, motorcycle, atv/​utv, and outdoor power dealer. We specialize in building trikes for Motor Trike and California Sidecar, as well as financing local buyers in-​house. We also offer a wide assortment of UTVs by Bennche and Massimo Motor, as well as a full line of outdoor power equipment from STIHL, Gravely, Ferris, and Hustler Turf. If it has an engine, we probably have it. Need a loan, we can do it! Our mission: «Strive every day to exceed expectations through hard work, integrity, and a willingness to help when others won’t.» Our stores are within an hour’s drive of Waco, Temple, Belton, Killeen, Georgetown, Round Rock, Austin, San Marcos, San Antonio, Dripping Springs and Wimberly!

History

Established in 2004.

Mitchell Motorsports was founded in 2004 by David and Katy Mitchell as a principled trike dealership. The company has steadily grown, year-​over-​year, into one of the leading trike dealerships in the nation.

Mitchell Motorsports has also expanded into a premier independent motorcycle store specializing in financing our products in-​house to good and bad credit customers.

Most recently Mitchell Motorsports of Kyle has added an outdoor power section to its business and offers a full line of products from STIHL, Gravely, Ferris, Hustler, and more.

Could not be happier with this place or the people working here. I took a small motorcycle in there to get inspected yesterday and it took just a few minutes. I have purchased small Lawn Equipment here such as blowers and weed eaters and got an excellent pricing and service. They have also worked on my large commercial mower. Special kudos to Matt and his ability to communicate and make your experience in the store positive. Skip the big box stores and hit this family operation here and Kyle.

Needed a part for my 09 Gravely (best zero turn I ever had) mower and wandered in to Mitchell motorsports. Matt and Barry found the part number in a matter of minutes but, didn’t have it in stock would be there on Tuesday (cool for me went fishing instead of mowed lawn). Went back today spent the 30.00 got my part in just minutes and was given some guidance on where the part was located. So nothing spectacular about this 30.00 sale by these two guys but, they did exactly what they said they would do and gave a little info just to help me out… Thanks Matt and Barry for helping me fix my mower.

Matt is The Man.(Sales Manager) For a man under 40, he’s Very knowledgeable about motorcycles, how they handle, operate and what it costs to own one.
I had them give my Honda VTX 1800R1 the Motor Trike treatment and it is beautiful and handles very well. (I love it when I see people stop to admire it) Matt helped me through all the steps of the whole process.
This is a very pleasant place to shop.

I am a rider and a landscaper, needless to say, I have a lot of experience with motorcycle and landscaping shops. Once they opened, I found my home. Bud, Kim, Matt and Travis are great to deal with, never have been pushy and have never put me on a seat I didn’t love. They know their products, very well and it shows. I’ve purchased two motorcycles, a 61″ Ferris and more accessories than I can count. The second bike, I almost didn’t get with a warranty, Bud convinced me otherwise (not in a pushy way). It had ring failure, that was of no fault of their own, and I took it to them «no problem». Shortly after, I had a fresh engine and a smile on my face. Without a doubt, their lawn equipment is cutting edge () I have only gotten to work with ferris and stihl. Stihl is hands down, the best money can buy. Use it once a year, or 18 hours a day. I’ve only used Stihl’s gas mix, but never had to pull a chord more than twice. And if you do have problems, it’s all covered by a warranty, at no cost (not that I’ve ever used it). The ferris I have from them is so smooth, with its independent suspension and Kawasaki engine, I put a go pro on it to show off how I can tear down a 24″ tall yard at lightning speed, over uneven terrain. Their stuff makes me want to grow my business faster to buy more lawn equipment and toys for when I’m blowing off steam.

This place is amazing. I first went there to trade in my 250 for a faster bike and they helped me get financed for it. The bike was in really good condition. Since then they have been extremely helpful with whatever I needed for the bike from oil changes to tires. Matt, Kim, bud and the rest of the crew are all great and extremely professional. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a bike.

Great local family owned business. The crew they have there is amazing and truly enjoy to see their customer satisfied. My custom hayabusa had some issues with the rear end. They had to do some extensive research as I didn’t do the custom work myself. They found the issue, got the correct parts, installed them and now she runs as good as new. They didn’t charge me an arm and a leg either. I recommend you visit them. They also have a lage variety of bikes, apparrel, gear, parts etc. Hey and if you need some yard equipment, they got that too. Thanks Travis Mitchell. Your shop is awesome and Ill be back.
