Love the products and the service, I however do not like the turn over. Remember with guys we want the same stylist that knows what we like.

First time at this location and I loved it. Staff was friendly and the wait was pretty short for a Friday afternoon. Make sure to try a triple play or MVP. This will be my location when I am in the area!

I’m happy with this location. I finally found the stylist that knows how to cut my hair the way I like it. She’s the reason I go back. I can’t give you her name b/c you clowns will hog her up! The location is clean all the time and the staff is very friendly.

The service is always outstanding. I had a great time with Courtney S today! Upon her recommendation I tried the Ice cold towel treatment and thoroughly enjoyed it! Refreshing and energizing!

I and my son have been customers here since it opened. The quality has been inconsistent and declining in 2015. Today was the last straw for me. It was packed but I don’t mind waiting. Until Christina, a manager I think, took someone who came in after me and another customer. She made a point to tell us someone would be «right with us». I’d already been there at least 15 minutes. Lots of places to get haircuts. I’ll be happy to take my money there.

The services rendered were awesome. She really took the time to ensure I had a great cut even though it was an easy cut. That is what matters. Take pride in the easy things just as you would with a challenge.

Sport Clips has lost a customer. There are too many other options out now that provide a much better customer experience for the money. It’s really apparent, when employees don’t care about their jobs. I filled out the online survey, after my visit in early March. I mentioned the inconsistency in the quality of the haircuts and the frustration with the new clubhouse rewards program. I actually received a response back from someone in «operations»(Lacey Radla) on March 17th: «Thank you so much for your recent feedback. I am so sorry to hear about your experience at Sport Clips. I have spoken with our manager at our Kyle location, so we can work on consistency. As for the Clubhouse program, I am sorry to hear you are frustrated. Once you are signed up and we have your email address you signed up with, your points automatically update every week. If this is not happening, please let me know so we can make sure you get credit. Your business is very important to us, and we would love to give you a complimentary haircut to try out a different stylist or different location. Please provide me with your mailing address so I can send you a complimentary haircut. Any other feedback you would like to provide to help us improve our services would be greatly appreciated.» I followed up with the information she requested the next day, as well as a screen capture of my Clubhouse points showing missing receipts(~12000 points) since Sep of last year. After not hearing back, nor receiving anything for the complimentary haircut, I reached out on March 30th asking for an update. I still haven’t received a response. It’s disappointing, because Sport clips used to be a good place to go. It seems a lack of leadership has caused things to go downhill.

Went in 3 weeks ago and got butchered! I won’t mention her name but I have to cut my hair with scissors and not clippers. This lady freaking went Edward Scissor Hands on my hair. It looked jacked up. I’m at the 3 week mark now and it’s barely growing back. She has the nerve to ask to take a survey and give her a 10. Really?!? I’ll save my money and a good haircut and head to Austin for that. Good luck guys!

I love this place! Nothing like a good haircut and a hot towel rapped around your face to end it all off right. Price is very reasonable for what you receive.

I’ve walked out of a lot of businesses and thought to myself«I should write a Unilocal review.» Well finally something so terrible has happened that I feel the need to write one. I walked in, had a reasonably short wait, and sat down in the chair. I asked for a 5 on the sides and back and ½ inch off the top. What I got instead was atrocious. My stylist felt the need to give me white walls on the side and trim the top way too short with thinning sheers. When she was done with her self proclaimed«artwork» she said, and I quote«This took years off of you.» I am 23. I do not need years taken off of me. Furthermore, I’m a young professional. I do not need a trendy haircut, I need a professional haircut. The trendy, fashion forward, minimally trained stylists at Sport Clips must not understand that. Thanks for the three weeks of embarrassment until this atrocity grows back. You guys are the worst.

Unfortunately the high turn over has taken its toll. The last time I went in for a haircut, I got butchered. I was embarrassed for walking around for the next 3 weeks. I like the concept of watching a ball game while getting your cut, but the most important part of the experience is keeping talented employees from leaving. I will continue to drive up to Austin and pay twice as much as long as I get a decent haircut.

I got an advertisement that this place had just opened. I figured it would go check it out. I usually hit the Great Clips in Kyle. First of all, this place is catered go guys with their LCD TVs playing sports. The place where they wash your hair is made to look like a men’s locker room. The stylist are dressed in referee shirts. If you are a big sports fan, this place is for you. I will say paying over $ 16 for a hair cut is a bit much. They have a warm towel treatment and a neck massage for over $ 20 which includes the haircut. That is still a tad bit much to pay for a haircut. I rolled in when this place had just opened. I still had to wait over 30 minutes just to get my haircut, which was a bit much. They even claim on their website that their MVP haircut takes less than 20 minutes. There was nothing but young girls cutting hair. That is not a bad thing. This place sells Sports and good looking women who cut hair. You would not goto Hooter’s if the servers were not nice looking would you? The young girl did a good job on my haircut. She could not figure out how the whole coupon thing was. She was going to give me $ 4 off their regular price. I had to explain to her I got a free haircut coupon and I would have her run my card so I could give her a tip. She asked if I wanted the hot towel treatment. I declined because I was already running late for work. If you want to pay for an overpriced haircut, this place is for you. You can watch sports and have some small talk with the young, beautiful stylists, maybe have a hot towel treatment. If you are a practical guy like myself, you will skip this place and hit one of the other haircut places where you can get your haircut for less than $ 15 and watch sports and home.
