Dr. Doan was very thorough. I appreciated her taking the time to answer all my questions and not rush me. My computer glasses have already came back within 24 hours and they are making a huge difference. No headaches so far! Thank you!

While the eyewear selection isn’t quite as large as it was when the Warrens owned the franchise, I was please with my eye exam with Dr. Dolbee, and the staff also seemed helpful, especially in trying to get me the lowest price they could.

Dr. Dolbee was very kind and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like a number or feel rushed out of his office. He explained my eye injury, and the options to heal it, thoroughly. He even took the time to research which medication would react best with my other heath concerns. Thank you!

I came here needing contact lenses. Received a thorough exam and really liked all of the staff! Dr. Doan was incredible explaining where I was and making great recommendations. So happy I was referred to this office! Also, the pricing on my contacts were less than I have ever paid before. I will be back and will recommend them.

We have used this office for about two years now. The office staff and Dr. Dolbee are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Dolbee spent extra time with my daughter to ensure he got her slightly unusual prescription right. Great for adults and kids/​teens. The offices are very clean. There are lots of great frames to choose from to fit your budget.

Very poor customer service. The glasses I bought from them were deformed, and when I tried to get replacements, was told that it would take a week. Okay. Then, when I get a call to come in, they tell me that they are unable to cut glasses because of some lunch schedule, and I have to come back later in the day. Why tell me that specific timeframe, then?

Dr Dolbee took over business from Warrens so I was hesitant about the new guy. Ok, he is the best! He explained why I had dry eye issues. I went to specialists who couldn’t diagnose the problem, he gave me a sample for over the counter medication and discount coupon. Really great office and Doc

Dr. Doan took my money and did not give me my contacts. I have been trying to get in for several weeks to get my contacts and the staff is very rude and needs some serious training along with the so called «doctor».

I was surprised today to see that the Drs. Warren have moved away and the office is now owned by a new Dr. Dolbee. (We’ve been coming here 5+ years) He was great and the same warm staff are here to greet you. Love the convenience of a close to home office.

Not impressed at all with this place. Staff seem friendly but that is where it all stops. The doctor giving my eye exam kept yawning, very loudly, throughout exam. He kept making grunting and tutting noises if I didn’t answer the «which is clearer 1 or 2.» Fast enough. I paid for extra test and still don’t know the results.
This was my first time coming here and it will be my last. I was planning on buying glasses, as well as my contacts, that day but I just wanted to leave right away. I will not be going back here… I felt like I was interrupting his nap time.

I have been going to TSO for 3 years here in Kyle and have been very impressed with the speed and kindness from Dr. Warren and his staff. Very thorough checkups and followups. Ordering contacts has been a breeze and they contact you immediately when your orders are in! Highly recommended!

This place is nice and so are the staff. I wandered in because I desperately needed new lenses soon, but I needed to check up on my insurance and get some prices… which all the beautiful ladies in the front gladly helped me out with!
Made an appointment for next week… Dr. Warren is great. He’s kind and now I can see again! Haha.
I wasn’t impressed with their glasses selection but you can always take your prescription somewhere else. This place is affordable and my step-​dad goes here too.
