If you’re looking to get a quick wash and free vacuum this is the place, don’t come expecting to leave with a spotless car (unless you pay to have it hand washed) because the automated car wash is just OK! Went through once and my car still had bird poop and dust/​water marks, luckily the manager without hesitation let me go through again free of cost which I appreciate a lot!

I really wanted to like this car wash since it’s so close to home. I got the 30.00 package and was dry by the time the employees dried it. The armor all was blotchy and uneven and the floor board was still dirty as were the wheel wells. I am a business owner and I provide quality service so I expect it. Disappointed.

Cancelled unlimited monthly. Car NEVER comes out clean. They rub the brush by your window shield real quick before entering the car wash. They should be scrubbing it down. No one on end side to dry it down, so leave with water spots

This was the worst drive through car wash. Upon further investigation the hood, roof, Windows, front or back of my car were not cleaned. Both vacuums that I used had stuff clogged in them. There was soap dried to the side of my car. Needless to say do not come here! I should have saved my $ 12 and done it at home.

Thank you for cleaning my friend’s car! It was probably in worse conditions than most cars they get & cleaned it (while making faces lol) incredibly well. Great service. I’ll start bringing my car in as well.

This place is a joke. I made an appointment for 10am a week prior to have some detailing done on my truck. I figured it was close to the house and it seemed reasonable. When I got there today to drop off the truck, the manager claimed not to do any car detailing like advertised on their website. He also claimed to have no appointment for me as well.
So, I drive out of sight and called auto spa. I ask if they do detailing on vehicles like advertised. The manager said yes and asked what I would like to have done. I then reveal to the manager that I was the guy that just left that he told they do not do auto detailing that this place is a car wash only spot. The manager then began to claim he didn’t recall anyone one having an appointment for today and was nervous to tell me. So this manager that worked on 1÷30÷16 at 10am turned away business, has no integrity and by the looks of the way he was running things has no clue on what he is doing.
I WOULD NOT EVER BRING MY VEHICLE THERE. THAT «CAR WASH» SHOP IS SHADY AND DISHONEST

Does not clean the car … First the scan coupon for $ 2 off did not work. The top of my car and hood came out with dried muddy water drops. I also took my truck through and found several places where the brushes missed. Not happy.

After coming to get my vechile detailed it was still dirty not fully vacumed and had dirt and sand still in car. You can get a better job a genie car wash for 15.00 compared to the 70.00 paid for a service never finished and looked like never started.

The outside looks great and inside on the front does too but there was still dirt on my leather seats in the back, lent from their rags on my dashboard and they did not vacuum the trunk of my car. Disappointed.

Speed of service varies from day to day, sometimes the guys doing the pre-​scrub move quite slowly backing up the line quite conciderably. Other times, I have been through and there is just one guy but he is very thorough but fast, and keeps the line moving quite swiftly. Over the past 6 months I have arrived 4 or 5 times to the carwash being closed (I wash my car every Friday before working as a Lyft driver). This was a severe inconvenience, upon contacting them through the website they promptly appologized and offered me a free detailing (Which I have not taken).
The wash itself is quite good, the vacuums usually strong, air nozzles for cleaning out crevasses, and even rags and window cleaner. Probably my favorite part is that even the self-​vacuum area is covered, which is pretty atypical, and is a nice relief when cleaning out my car in the middle of summer.

UPDATE: This is a damn nice car was when things are working. Too bad they wont fix what breaks. The initial sprayer has been broken forever — I mean like all summer — Months. This means you’re greeted with someone sticking a brush in a bucket of dirty water/​soap/​grit/​grime and applying it directly to your DRY car. Unacceptable. Fix your sprayer Water Works Auto Spa.

I’ve only been once but I’m extremely detail oriented when it comes to the cleanliness of my vehicle. I utilized their full service (interior/​exterior) wash and was extremely pleased with the results. They vacuumed all of the dog hair and didn’t miss a square inch when wiping the dash. I’d rate the majority of the car washes in south Austin as three star organizations but Water Works really impressed me. I’ll definitely be back.

At first I thought. Why does kyle need another car wash… But this one is way better… first of all there are real brushes that touch the car… not some dumb spray that is supposed to spray away dirt. Second the vacuums are free and they suck. Which is what a vacuum is supposed to do. Third the prices are reasonable. And finally even if there is a little line. It moves pretty swiftly.

Good value. Plain and simple, this is a good value. If you want full-​on detailing, this is not your spot. If you want a decent deal with a nice area for vacuuming and self-​detailing, this is the spot.

I work for a small car dealership in texas, and sometimes when I have a last minute sale, I need to get a quick/​efficient detail. That’s where these guys come in. I’ve brought them cars ranging from basic Toyota to fully loaded Porsches and they’ve done a great job every time. They’ve even put what some people would consider more traditional detailers to shame. The ultimate showroom detail truly is showroom quality from these guys. They even got some small Cotton swabs out to clean around the badging on a couple of the cars! How’s that for service?
Long story short, if you’re in the area (or maybe a little outside the area) and looking for a solid detailer, check these guys out. They won’t let you down.

Okay, I use this place occasionally because it’s close to home. The $ 12 exterior wash, free vacuum, towels and wash spray cleaner they provide is alright. But the customer service is not up to par. All the employees like they are about 15 years old and below.
These are kids managing kids and they have no clue about detailing. I will never purchase the detail services there again; it’s a waste of money. They think that cleaning the inside of a car is making the upholstery shine. They use to much armor all or another cleaner to wipe down the interior, they miss spots and don’t clean dirt/​spots out of the consoles, seats or carpet. We just got our car supposedly detailed today and I was very disappointed; I knew better because everybody looked so young, but I was to lazy to do it in the hotness outside; my bad. It took them 10 minutes to complete the detail.
My uncle owned a detailed shop for 20 plus years detailing expensive new cars down to the maw and paw car dealers; and yes I had to work there if I needed summer money, so I know first hand what detailing should look like if it’s done right no matter the cost. To end this I can honestly say it was a waist of my money.

New staff needed here.
I purchased the $ 30 car wash, in which they clean the inside for you. When they completed the service I did an inspection (I had a feeling they were not going to clean the inside of the windows) and sure enough the windows were still covered with smudges. I continued my inspection to find bugs on the front of the car as well. After bringing it to the young mans attention he did clean it. The center console area was not cleaned well either, drips from coffee still there and the door pockets were not vacuumed at all. The kids working there don’t care about customer service or doing a good job and it shows.
Overall, very unsatisfied. Next time I think I’ll stick to the $ 7 wash and free vacuums.

Honestly, just STAY AWAY from this spot!

Lets get to the meat and potatoes shall we. First I pull up for the external wash, then I get to sit in my car for about 30 minutes because some internal mechanism is broken in the washing drive-​thru and they are trying to fix it. (should have left at that point) — Second, I try and ask the guy a question while my window is down once I started finally moving to get it washed, after giving what wasn’t an answer to my question, I powered up the window and midway he starts spraying the car and combination of dirty and soapy water goes in the eye, in the car, and on my shirt.
Next up… Interior Cleaning — Oh wait! Not yet my friends… before that happened… they noticed the machine basically didn’t wash any of the front part of the car, so they proceed to hand wash the front part. This was the equivalent of pushing around dirt without any real cleaning being done. Interior cleaning begins, I get back into the car after my wonderful experience is all said and done. Look over my shoulder and two random pieces are laying in my back seat. It’s a new car, random parts don’t magically appear in the back seat. New parts also don’t magically snap off without excessive force. 15 year old car… OK, I can see that. you win that argument, but not with new materials. See attached pictures.
Brought this to the attention of the Manager (Cole) and with a glazed & confused look over his face (deer caught in headlights) he had trouble comprehending how it happened and was unable to offer any explanation or resolution to the problem. Just stood blankly with no expression, I said I would not be back here, he stated «OK» — one unrelated Tip to my experience I can give you, Cole… is manage your employees to not hit on women and ask for their phone numbers, little disturbing watching some of the women feel uncomfortable while I was waiting through this ordeal, unprofessional.

I guess Jeff B. — the owner, «Grumpy Bear» from the Care Bear line. bashed someones review and stated «I would appreciate you not taking to social media» — then went on a little rant… Listen, Jeff B. this is a public forum and consumers have a right to voice/​type their opinion of an establishment as long as there is an adherence to guidelines and protocols set forth within Unilocal.Successful and competent owners/​manager will try and resolve a dispute appropriately to gain future business and if need be, try and salvage a bad experience, not go on a tyrant attacking the person who just handed you money.
