This unique florist took over Darcey Heard florals back in 2006, after she had finished a six year stint at Michael Smith Inc. Interior Design. She has a great understanding of what people want from a small simple bouquet to a weekly floral service for your home or workplace

Business Owner

Sabrina Doherty, Owner of Julep Custom Florals, started the business in 2006. For six years, she worked for one of the most prestigious interior designers, Michael S. Smith, working directly with celebrity clients, photographers, architects, magazine editors, amongst others.

Passionate to broaden her design career, Sabrina worked under the intense training and artistic direction of Darcey Geller, whose distinguished resume in floral design includes collaboration with interior designers, including Smith, a long list of celebrity clientele, and is featured in Smith’s book, Elements of Style.

With her innate eye for design, rapid learning skills and savvy business sense, Sabrina founded her own company, Julep Studios. The perfect flower is selected for each space with meticulous attention to detail. Only flowers of the outmost quality are used, allowing them to retain their natural beauty.

In addition to the retail store, Julep specializes in weekly residential and corporate accounts
