PARKING: Really easy parking (free) along Foothill blvd. The place is lower than the street fyi. Also it’s across the street basically from Starbucks.
OFFICE: Great location. You go down some stairs past where the beautiful grapefruit tree is. When I was just there the whole area smelled lovely like blossoms. The place is a little house that is like a little medical clinic. It has a great waiting area and there are rooms in the back for the sessions.
THE CONSULTATION: Arthur asks you things surrounding your mental and physical health, asks you to fill out paperwork which is the norm. It was very comfortable to talk to him and had very calm energy.
THE TREATMENT: First he massaged the area that could have been effecting my jaw which was my neck, shoulders, behind my head. Then he placed the needles, turns the heating lamp on your feet, puts on music and leaves the room. Arthur knows what he’s doing. I have been to acupuncturists that don’t know how to place the needles and it ends up stinging in a surface way, not the energy pulsing way that actually kind of feels good to me that gets right to the trouble zone.
I have bad TMJ on the front of my face. He placed the needles where I asked him to which is great as I’ve had practitioners not listen to me. I also had no bruising or pain afterwards yet the placing was very effective.
AMBIANCE: Great waiting room. I enjoyed the music he played.
AFTER EFFECT: I genuinely know that the treatments helped so much! Not only is my face less tender from the TMJ but also I can smile wider as my cheeks aren’t tight with pressure.
I’ve had 3 treatments so far. His prices are reasonable and he has packages. I will definitely be going back.

Got a three session deal from Living Social. Arthur was very nice, and the location felt very professional, like a medical office. He has individual rooms for privacy. I only used two sessions, but it was worth it. I am a little disappointed that he doesn’t do weight loss acupuncture, which I have had before and gotten surprisingly good results from just one session. My sessions mainly focused on general imbalances I had. Overall it was a-​okay. I usually had morning appointments so I just parked outside on a side street.

My first time trying this acupuncture. My back pain magically gone. Don’t know if it’s acupuncture or just my body seems to heal much faster than it use to. Overall he’s very kind and sincere. I will be back for more treatment during my ivf fertility treatment to compliment the procedure.

OK so I have read all the reviews. Seems great My appointment for tomorrow. I have sufferd from fibromiligia and arthritis for 19 years. I am having a major flare up «fibro so not fun». After reading all the great reviews, Im on board and so hopeful. I need a miracle i will keep you posted

OK so I went. SO wonderful. Clean and very polite. I got my treatment and along with it great relief. Cupping OUCH but so worth it like the best deep ttissur massage. Mind body and spirit in good standing. Definitley returning.

All I have to say is that Arthur is an amazing healer. If you’ve got an ailment of any kind then look no further. Arthur is there to heal your pain. He is always kind and attentive not mention the results are near miracles. One visit will make you feel SO much better, seriously! I will never forget your kindness and what you did for me. This was my first time trying acupuncture, so I don’t have much to compare it to. The first session was okay but didn’t really do anything. The second helped a bit. My husband said he felt pretty good each time after his two sessions. All around, I think he’s okay acupuncturist. We were thinking of buying more sessions since my husband was getting some much needed pain relief, but his scheduling and attitude didn’t make us feel welcomed.
We had a Groupon for three sessions and missed an appointment. It was obviously our fault, and I can be an adult and admit that. I called the next day to see what we had to do to reschedule and to make up for the missed appointment. He made it seem like no big deal and rescheduled us. I had to cancel that appointment (with the necessary notice) but was unable to reschedule at that time because his hours were very limited (apparently only before 2:30 most days or something? He never offered an evening schedule) and had very little wiggle room to work with our schedules even booking a week out. When I called later to reschedule, he went off on me about how he didn’t legally have to see us because we’d missed 2 appointments (which was not true). At least double check that you have your facts straight before flipping out on me and refusing to see us.
I completely understand deducting an appointment from the allotted three, but seriously, just tell me. No need to freak out about whether you ‘legally’ have to see us or not. It’s rude and unprofessional even if we had missed two appointments.
I’m sure there are other acupuncturists out there who know how to speak to their customers and do business, so I’d rather see them instead.

as many of these reviews have already implied, arthur is one of a kind. i feel comfortable, informed, and safe in his care. initially i started seeing him because of a groupon purchase, and at our very first appointment he went above and beyond to ensure i got some relief for the neck stiffness/​pain i had been experiencing. now we are focusing more on relieving stress (which was no doubt the source of my neck pain), sleeping better, and he even helped me fight off the first stages of a cold i was experiencing.
if you are a first-​time acupuncturee or wanting to learn more about eastern medicine techniques, this place is for you. also, cupping hurts. you’ll be all right though. be brave.

Arthur is awesome! Very professional and kind, and makes sure you are comfortable and aware of everything going on. I felt awesome after coming here! Helped a chest injury big time.

Really, really happy with my treatment with Arthur today. He said he had not worked with scar tissue (which is my issue) in the past very much, but still did what he could to make a difference. He really did! The scar tissue is softer! He did the acupuncture to my arms and back and then did cupping (OUCH!) as well… it was very painful, but I will take 30 seconds of pain for great results. You would definitely be missing out not to check this place out!

Arthur is a very gifted, intuitive, and amazing acupuncturist. I saw him for a chronic neck and back issue I had been having for almost 10 years from a sports injury and he helped heal it! He asks a lot questions and I felt like he really cared. I saw him for six sessions in total. By the 3^rd session, I was feeling MAJOR pain relief and by the end of the 6^th, I am now virtually pain free! Make sure to see him for multiple sessions as in the practice if acupuncture, rarely does just one visit fix the problem but consistent treatment from Arthur will do the trick :)

I was a skeptic… a very big skeptic with oriental medicine and acupuncture. I had seen every specialist, taken every prescription and called in sick almost every day for work. I was first referred to my Arthur at Acudome by a friend. Having tried everything else I decided to give it a shot.
I have to say I’m a believer! Arthur has a unique technique he uses on each patient to ensure they are thoroughly satisfied with their needs. He is very caring, gentle and equipped with all the knowledge he needs to heal. After several visits, I am now a lifelong patient and lifelong friend. I am now pain free and I have to say, he has truly allowed me to live my life the way I was intended to live it. I have tried other acupuncture facilities, but it’s not the same. Arthur provides a personal, caring healing like no other. Each session begins with my concerns and pain points, he asks me questions related to life in general to better contain my needs. He never rushes and accommodates my work schedule, always. The office for those of you who are concerned is in immaculate condition, crystal clean.

Three years ago I started having upper back pain right under my both shoulders. The pain was unbearable to the point that it would hurt while I was coughing, sneezing or even deep breathing. Some mornings I would wake up with severe neck pain, which wouldn’t allow me to carry my head (by the way I have a small head!)
I saw Arthur 3 months ago for the pain in my shoulders. I had no hope to be cured cause I already had received various ineffective treatments and medications. I believed, at that time, that I have to live with these pains for the rest of my life. Achilles Tendon popped out over a year with incredible pain. After a year of traditional medicine, no relief. One visit and walking with shoes with backs. My knees, unbearable pain. One visit and pain is relieved and I can sleep at night. I believe in traditional medicine, but after many months of pain, I see Arthur first. If he can’t fix it, no one can.
