Great place, great staff, great time for party go-​ers.
For parents, the staff puts on a good schedule so the kids are continuously entertained. What sets it apart most from others is that there is a lot of space for the adults. Yes, the kids do come with parents and they need some room too.
The kids loved the slide, ballpit, air hockey table, kitchen and riding toys. There’s a little kids eating area too. Great for them to mingle.
The biggest testament to how good this place is is how often we’ve been invited to parties there. We’ve been there about every other month for the past year.

I had my sons 3^rd birthday at Playhouse4kids few weeks ago and I could not have asked for better. The place was very well organized clean and the staff was awesome. My guest had had great time. It was our first time here and I will definitely come back for my daughters 1^st Birthday. The place is huge compared to other places I had looked at.
All the kids had a great time and fun so much to play with.
Her staff was awesome kept the place clean the whole time picking up after everyone.
They had ordered the pizza for us it was great it came on time, everything was behind my expectations.

Horrible service! Rude and moody owner… I inquired for a birthday for my child through the referral of a friend who had there party there. Seems like it’s not important to book another party based on that attitude!
I ended up booking my party at peekaboo playground and was so happy!

Great fun, clean and most importantly safe environment for kids. We have celebrated many birthday’s at this place and everything was better than expected. My kids always have a good time at PlayHouse4Kids whether it’s for a play date with friends or birthday party.

Just had our little one’s birthday party and we couldn’t be happier with how everything went. Angela was very organized and all the kids had a blast having their face painted. The space was large enough for 20 energized kids and there was a variety of toys, games, etc to keep all the kids busy for the entire party. The space for the parents is great and as promised there was hot coffee and tea to keep us caffinated. Overall, nothing but positives for this place and Angela!

The amount of time I have changed my daughter’s party, I’m surprised the owner is still willing to accommodate me! Two years ago, i had decided to do my daughter’s birthday party here, unfortunately my grandmother got sick and passed away so we decided to cancel the party and i knew the deposit was non-​refundable so i didn’t even bother asking. this year i reminded of her of that and asked if we can apply that deposit, she was willing to work with me and just told me whatever extra kids i had she wouldn’t charge me (limited amount of kids of course). i thought that was very nice of her and generous. Mind you my daughter’s party isn’t even until this coming Saturday, but i always go there and she’s very accommodating, very sweet, i always recommend my friends to do their birthdays there. She will also give you her opinions about things. I wanted to bring two characters, she told me i’d be wasting my money. I really like working with Angela (the owner), she really is a big help including the lady that helps out… she’s so sweet and attends to all your needs. With all the playhouses out there, I choose to come to this one… oh and by the way… i live in Santa Clarita… and I could have easily done it near my house, but i chose this playhouse because my kids love it and we all feel at home! you won’t regret it!

I’m very happy with the service we got at our recent birthday party at Playhouse4kids. The owner is super sweet and the prices are very good especially if you compare to other playgrounds. The toys are new and very clean. The play area is very organized and the sitting area is right in front so parents can see there kids. I’m so happy they are open during the week. The kids loved it. Deffenetly recommend this playground.

Playhouse4kids is a very clean & well taken care of. My 2 year old niece had a fantastic time in the playground ! It’s a nice place. My niece enjoyed the kitchen area and the little library area. Definitely will go back :)

Amazing place to have your kids birthday. Friendly staff, most importantly super clean. They accommodated me in every way. I will definitely return for more birthdays to come!!!

Recently I’ve had my daughter’s 5^th birthday party at Playhouse4kids. We all had a great time. The place was clean, beautifully decorated. Angela (the owner) was very polite and her staff was friendly. The lady who was helping her, kept the place well organized, toys in place and tables clean. Angela helped me with the set up and clean up, which was a big help and made things less stressful. Since my daughter’s birthday, I’ve been to two other birthday parties at the same playground and my opinion hasn’t changed. My friends, whom I recommended this place, were also satisfied with everything. I definitely recommend this place.

This is a very cute place for small parties
But the service is HORRIBLE
I went to reserve the place for my daughters birthday and when I talked to Angela who is the owner, she was very short, moody and not very helpful. There were a few kids playing I figured we all have bad days maybe today is hers. I didn’t take it seriously.
The day of the party we went in to set up there was an older lady who was the employee, she was very kind and helpful.
Then Angela came in, moody as always,
Very rude and disrespectful towards my guests. A few people came in and walked on the carpet with their shoes. She calls me and says with a rude disrespectful tone «can you go tell THOSE people to take off their shoes» I was so hurt by her comment they are my guests and your customers. No need to for disrespectful comments like that.
I think same thing can be accomplished by saying it much nicer
Her advertising says she serves coffee and tea, does parachute game and face painting.
She did none of those
She only made one pot of coffee for 30 people.
I went to get more coffee, it was empty.
I asked them to make it, and I asked kindly If she can serve, she rudely said NO. «You have to serve yourself». Seriously with all that money we are paying for a few hours, how hard is it to pour a few cups of coffee and make people happy. It’s called customer service, keeping your customers happy and on top of it she could’ve deducted on the game services she did not provide.
I always give people the benefit of the doubt.
However this is her job, and on top of all she owns the place. I think she should be much more motivated about keeping her customers happy.
They did help with set up and clean up
But I will never do any occasions there.

We just celebrate my son’s birthday at playhouse4kids for the 3^rd time are very thrilled with the service we received. We definitely recommend this place stuff is very organized, helpful and friendly. Our guest wore very delighted with all the activities and the atmosphere that was created at playhouse4kids. The space is well kept and clean; cozy with all the toys kids love and has a spacious area for the adults. Been to many playgrounds and my experience with her, her staff and the space surpasses all others! Would highly recommend!

ATTENTION: This is the filthiest playground I have ever been too. The owner is very rude, and doesn’t have any sense of customer service. I will never bring my children to this playground ever again. Not only is it dusty inside, but my son found a piece of gum in the ball pin. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

I love taking my little one to playhouse4kids they have infant section that my baby enjoys playing also love book section i always enjoy reading books to my 3 year old they always upgrade the books often. They also have fun Fridays for only $ 7 admission. Thank u Playhouse4kids for serving our community for 8 years

Loved it! Absolutely wonderful for little tikes. It’s an entire open space, so visibility is great. You can always keep your eyes on your kids no matter where you are. I thought it was ideal for parties and play time. Will definitely go back.

I recently had my daughters birthday @ playhouse4kids. Everyone had a blast even the adults. Staff was super friendly, very well organized and clean.

We have attended several parties at PlayHouse4Kids and every single time I have been thoroughly impressed. It is always immaculately clean, well maintained and just simply inviting. We just recieved another party invite in the mail today and my girls yelled out a happy cheer when I told them it was going to be held at PlayHouse4Kids. They absolutly love the play gym structure, kitchen area and the dress up corner. Their staff is always frieandly and accommodating.

I really wanted to like this place. I called to get the hours and whoever answered just said hello, I had to ask if I had the right number. The woman on the phone told me to stop by any time between 12 pm and 6 pm. I went at 12:15 pm and it was closed. I went back at 12:50 pm and it was open BUT no one was inside! I called out, looked around and left. The play area is cute and it looks clean but there’s no bouncer. I am really disappointed because this place is close to my house. Unfortunately I can’t take a chance and hold a party here :(

I simply love this place. Superclean very safe for the children. I take my kids here because they always want to come back. The staff is very friendly and very nice.

I wish Unilocal had a 0 star option!!! This place should absolutely NOT BE OPEN TO CHILDREN!!! It’s a HAZARD ZONE!
My son (4 yrs.) just knocked out 2 of his FRONT TEETH at this place!
In response, the Owner (Angela) told me that they take ZERO responsibility as I signed the «waiver» upon entrance. When I asked her «what waiver»? She began to tell me that the sign-​in sheet that parents sign with your child’s name and age is a waiver against the playhouse having or taking ANY RESPONSIBILITY for children being hurt of even KILLED!!! PARENTS, this establishment would not and HAS NOT given me their insurance information! Not even the name of the insurance they carry. DO THEY CARRY INSURANCE?!! I do not know! I have contacted a lawyer as it is my right to file a claim as my child was injured in their establishment. The owner’s say that they are not liable so why give me the insurance information. The lady has NO idea how to run a business and is simply retarded! :(
While we were there for about an hour, THREE of our young children were hurt in some way. The slide is WAY to steep and the babies nearly bounce right off or the mat at the bottom slips away and they hit the floor pretty hard. The bathroom was GROSS! The toilet seat was BROKEN! We all left with the BLACKEST FEET!
There was smoking going on while we were there right outside the front door and we were breathing it. YUCK! The owner was sitting down at one point and her entire G-​String and bottom was showing. My son made a comment about that! LOL!
SUCH A DISGRACE!!!
DO not BOTHER going here! It’s not worth your child getting hurt and this establishment not taking any action to correct it. It’s extremely sad that these people are dealing with little children.
