Sam’s Computer Service

Great Service at a great price! My desktop computer would not boot up. Tried everything I could think of to fix it, but nothing worked. Dropped it off with Sam on Friday, picked it up on Monday. He backed up all my files, installed Windows 10 (after asking if I wanted to upgrade), and charged me a bit less than the original quote. I will definitely take my computers back to Sam if I ever need help again.

Sam helped me with my recent computer problems and was efficient, reliable and did a great job. I would highly recommend him for any computer problems you might have.

Knowledgeable, professional, honest. That is what Sam is. He backed up my family’s videos and photos, transferred them from my old computer, and even recovered old Verizon flip phone photos. He is great. Highly recommended.

I am novice (know a little bit:) at computer repair and I the last thing I needed to
do, was verify if my Toshiba laptop HD was defunct.
I live about a mile from SAM’s Computer Repair and I called
him and he said for me to bring over the HD.
As it turned out, Sam diagnosed the HD to be defective.
He is extremely knowledgeable about computers and I highly
recommend Sam Lee and he is priced accordingly!

Just got my laptop back from Sam after taking it in with one of those viruses that leads you to an 800 number to «fix» the problem for cash. I tried malwarebytes, c-​cleaner, Norton and its eraser without any success. I tried going on the PCAdviser boards where I learned that I had something that was going to take hours of back and forth messaging and detailed work on my part to kill this thing. Instead I took my computer to Sam and three hours later for $ 30 the virus is gone. Nuff said.

I called Sam’s Computer to get my screen replaced on my macbook because it was defective. David ordered me a new screen and gave me an appointment to bring it in a few days later. I took it in and he worked on it right away and was finished in a hour. His price was very competitive and work was good. I will definitely go back for future computer related issues. Thanks David.

fantastic service. my workstation had a cpu overheating issue — turns out the liquid cooling unit stopped working. Sam diagnosed this at no charge (which was kind of him) and recommended a type of heatsink to purchase at Fry’s. I went and bought a heatsink that matched his description, and tried installing it at home. About 15 minutes into it I decided what’s the point, I now know where a friendly expert lives, and back to Sam’s place. He had the new heatsink installed and my workstation operational again in short order with a very low price.
Folks, it’s not going to get better than this for PC repair …

i think im gonna have to visit sam/​david again but happy its a minor problem i know it. and i gotta say im hoping its time warner the connection sucks. but anyways cant wait to see sam and i know he can work wonders. he fixed my old computer i had a hard drive i thought was dunzo. he put windows 7 64 bit instead of the 32bit i had before he really looked out and hooked me up. i highly appreciated that and didnt charge me much at all. i trust them and i like trusting asians with these things anyway haha very good job. once again thanks david and sam

Sam is amazing! He was available to come work on our computers amazingly fast even though he was obviously busy. He is super reliable and very competent. I’m so glad I found Sam! He’s very reasonably priced and knows his stuff. Definitely recommend!

Been going to Sam for a little over a year and have no complaints He knows his stuff. Recently tried to go to another local guy on Unilocal and found he had no CLUE what was going on with the two computers we brought to him. Ran screaming back to Sam (only tried another because Sam was moving and I needed immediate answers, but ended up waiting for Sam!)

Simply amazing. I have five computers in my home and so it’s VERY important that I find someone trustworthy. I’ve had some decent technicians that live too far, but none locally that I could depend on. Sam is straight-​up honest. He doesn’t do that ‘shady’ thing that a lot of computer techies (and car mechanics) do:
«YeeUUUP looks like yer RAM is busted. I reckon ther might be somethin else that led to that problem tho. Oh ma goodness! Is that a rainbow-​colored Pikachu up ther on that o tree!?»
Customer looks away. BANG! The handle of a sledge hammer protrudes from the motherboard.
«Ma bad. I coulda sworn I saw somethin. By golly would ya look at dis?! See thers yor prawblem! You gotta busted motherboard right here. Can’t believe ah missed that. This gonna cost a lot more bruther…»
But not with Sam. He actually told me everything I needed to know and gave me all of the options, without trying to get me to buy something ridiculous. Didn’t notice any sledge hammers either… Not only that, but I didn’t have to pay a month’s worth of rent just to fix THREE of my computers!
Thank you so much, Sam! I found my new ‘family doctor’ for my family of computers! lol

Found Sam by chance and I’m glad I did, he saved my laptop in one day I had my laptop back good as new. Very reasonable price you can tell he cares about his customers he does tell you all the options so you will be satisfied. Highly recommended.

Sam solved my laptop’s minor power issue in five minutes and didn’t charge me as it was just a faulty connection. Completely honest and professional, highly recommended!

I got quoted over $ 300 at this other computer shop, but then decided to bring my computer to Sam since he was rated 5 stars. Boy was it worth it! Not only did it cost half as much, but both Sam and Jin were really helpful on telling me EXACTLY what was wrong with my computer and didn’t try to ‘upsell’ me on ANYTHING else. Plus, who doesn’t love an excuse to visit Montrose?! :3

Whenever I have problems with my computer, Sam always help me. I am satisfied with his excellent service and honesty. I highly recommend Sam to others.

Sam gets the job done, pretty much that, it’s fast and reliable service, gave him my desktop on Saturday afternoon and picked it up the next monday morning. it runs great. prices are fair and he’s going to be real with you

I was having a serious panic attack bc I thought my computer had crashed. He solved my problem (which was just my battery) in less than 5 minutes. And didn’t charge me anything. I love honest and helpful customer service! Thanks Sam!!! You are the best!
