My Fed Ex package was missing in action and both Karina and Garem were SO helpful in helping me find it! I had dropped it off for them but it wasn’t showing up a few days later so I went in and Karina just spent about 3 hours helping me find it. calling places, helping me track down who exactly picked it up and when, etc. We finally found it and I am SO grateful for all the help she gave me! In addition to the normal PO Box services, they also offer 2 Passport photos for $ 13.50, no waiting, done and out the door in minutes. He also let me preview the photo before OK’ing it.

I had to get something notarized ASAP and after making several phone calls, I decided to try out MailBoxes Plus because they had the best Unilocal reviews. Well, as stated in all the previous reviews, Garen provided excellent customer service. He did not try to charge me more than what the state requires. Also, he was very friendly to my daughter who did not want to sit still. So it was a win win situation for me all around.
I definitely recommend if you need to get something notarized. He’s even open on Saturdays so it works out perfectly if you have a busy schedule during the week.

Wow with great after service.
I lost my tracking document and I had only credit card receipt,
so I could tell the date only.
And even worse, it was 3 months ago!
He really wanted to help me even though he had to dig up his mountain of tracking documents files in his storage because he couldn’t search on his computer.
After digging up, finally, he found mine was sent through UPS,
and he checked up the status and printed out for me.
It was really great service to the customer who lost tracking document.
However, guys, next time keep the documents. I was lucky but you may not~ :)

They offer excellent customer service and go way above and beyond to assist. I needed a notary completed urgently, had called their office after business hours and received a call back first thing the next day from Garren. I was provided excellent customer service, not only did he follow up with me later on in the day, he and his wife Stella provide a mobile notary service and they came to my home that same evening and took care of my notary.
Excellent, excellent customer service, which is not easy to come by these days. I will make sure to refer everyone and anyone I know to them!
