Blue Feather is a peaceful spiritual center that offers a unique experience filled with knowledgeable teachers and great products. The energy of Blue Feather speaks to years of prayers and wonderful, compassionate teachers coming through to help others. We have worked intensely over the years to build a bridge between cultures and to bring ancient wisdom to the forefront to help persons on their search for meaning and personal healing. We are on a higher mission and here to serve.

History

Established in 1996.

Blue Feather began in 1996 doing trunk shows at varying locations across the Chicagoland area. In 1998 we opened up at our current location. We have a higher mission to help and serve, and look forward to being a part of each persons spiritual path.

Meet the Business Owner

Rhonda D.

Business Owner

Rhonda Day-​Kooy is the owner of Blue Feather Books & Botanicals, Ltd., a spiritual — teaching center in La Grange, IL. For the past two decades she has studied intensively with her Elders and Wisdom Keepers or several different traditions, including Native American, Peruvian traditions of the Andes, and Siberian Shamans. Rhonda also has training in Medicinal Aromatherapy and Sound Healing. This has led Rhonda to a deep understanding of the healing potential of these heart-​centered traditions and the wisdom of the planet kingdom in her own healing practice.

Rhonda brings a powerful blend of knowledge and humility to her work. Her talents are offered through private practice sessions, customized aromatherapy regimens and readings, spiritual mentoring and workshops.

Rhonda has been gifted with intuitive nature and developed her own shamanic card reading system, which she has invited to share in Arizona, California, North Carolina, as well as her store in LaGrange, IL.
