Negeen joined The Dean Rouso Home Team of Baird & Warner, excited to become part of an amazing team of top producers that have been trusted in the Western Chicago Suburbs for 15+ years. In addition to her experience with assisting home buyers, Negeen also has been through extensive training to obtain her Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, enabling her to successfully negotiate the best price and contract terms for her clients. Negeen brings a thorough knowledge of design, an acute attention to detail and a compassionate approach to her role as a Buyer Specialist, which helps her understand her buyers’ needs and assist them in finding their dream home. She believes that making her clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the home-​buying experience is paramount to the process. Her Listing Partners and Director of Client Care help support her to provide exceptional service to her clients for ALL of their real estate needs — the team has mastered the art of the «Team»
