Established in 1996.

Started in the industry in 1982, when I was in high school. After high school, worked for company I learned at for 12 years. Started my owen in 1996, and haven’t looked back.

Hello, I’ve been in the Locksmith industry for 32 years. I started in the industry as an apprentice while in high school during my summers. I was hired on full time right out of high school, and worked for this company 15 years before venturing out to start Alpha & Omega Lock & Key. It has been a labor of love to have my own thriving business in this industry I have worked in my whole life. I built my business on integrity and honest pricing. Most of my work comes from referrals from past customers, and even from some of my fellow competitors. Alpha & Omega Lock & Key specializes in automotive, residential and commercial work. I called Michael to have two keys cut and programmed for my car. He answered the phone every time I called and was kind, courteous, and polite. He cut my keys and programmed them within 20 minutes and I went on my way. I ended up having trouble programming the remote part of the key (not Michael’s fault) but called him just to see if he had any advice. Not only did he help me with advice, he came to me to try to figure out the issue. It was off hours and he totally did it on his own time out of the goodness of his heart. Ended up being a battery issue with my car and he even gave me a jump. Honestly, Michael is one of the most honest individuals I’ve met and his service is exceptional. I would not hesitate to visit him again for my lock/​key needs and I will definitely be sending my family and friends to him. He offers a fair price, gives great service, is honest, and goes above and beyond. It really doesn’t get better than this. Thank you Michael and keep up the great work!

Great service honest, on time, great price, clean, highly professional, super nice.
Lost the keys to an airplane. Heard Mike has experience making keys for aircraft owners. Mike came out and in 15 minutes he amazingly created a key from scratch, and made me a set of new keys.
After being ripped off from another company the night before it was a huge relief to have someone understanding and honest.

I was completely impressed with the work and professionalism by Michael!
He was courteous on the phone when I first called to book the appointment he gave me a quote over the phone, his fee’s where much more reasonable then other locksmith that we had used in the area before. He arrived prompt and on-​time. Re-​keyed and installed new door knob and dead bolt right on site.

I highly recommend this company!
Our lock broke at work just as I was getting ready to leave for the night. I thought I would be stuck for a couple of hours waiting for someone to be able to come and fix it. I called Alpha & Omega and they were able to come out and replace the lock, all in about an hour. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the lock.
The rates were very reasonable too!

I would highly recommend Michael at Alpha & Omega Lock & Key when you need a locksmith. Michael provided me with a verbal estimate on the phone, showed up on time and did the work quickly, professionally and reasonably priced too! Trying to do my due diligence, I called 3 businesses that advertised 24⁄7 hours. Michael has already finished what I wanted to have done and the other 2 businesses haven’t even returned my call!
