Came in with a flat tire on Christmas Eve and they took care of me right away. Steve was excellent!

Took my car here after the rear of it got clipped by a truck. The owner David showed me the info the insurance person recorded, which turned out to have been incorrectly recorded. This allowed me to call back and correct the record. He also hooked me up with a rental car at no cost to me. The rental car was old and beat up, but at zero out of pocket I couldn’t really complain.
Turns out the rental was so beat up that it died on the road while my original car was being fixed. I had it towed back to the shop after hours and the next morning they had it fixed and back on the road within an hour and a half of opening for the day.
Docked a star because they were 3 days late on the initial completion estimate (which was 2 weeks). But once I got my car back I could see they did good work.

Save yourself time and money. Don’t go here. They are completely unprofessional and incompetent. Really shady and lazy. Stay away. I warned you

I’m pretty annoyed. My mom used to come to this place for years, and I’ve been there a few times too. I went in to have my rear break pads replaced and fluids checked. They wouldn’t give me a quote over the phone since they didnt know if it was just break pads. When I got there they wanted $ 179 or $ 199 for dealer parts. I thought it was high but just wanted to get it over with.
My bf called around IN NEWPORT and was quoted 140. Just because I’m a young woman they think they can over charge me. Would have been a customer for life, now never going back or recommending them.
I went because the son Nick has always been honest and tried to get me a good deal, but he wasn’t there. My mom no longer goes there either and says since «the other son has been there things have changed». That Dave the owner is just trying to make as much money as he can, not trying to help people.

I had an accident, insurance company recommended this shop nearby. Large auto shop, handles alot of business. David, The Boss, checks every customer in. I was aware of their Unilocal score, but I trusted the recommendation my insurance company gave. I love the work that was done, professionally, expertly, and quickly. I liked the work on my Camaro, that I had David give me an estimate on my wife’s truck.
I got my camaro 2 days early. Not only did fix the damages, he put on new front and back Spoilers that I bought. I recommend this shop, and I will use them in the future.

ZERO STARS! DONT GO HERE! Was in a accident, where they took 15 days to fix my back bumper, funny that when I picked my car up it had problems it never had before, my windows not working, my check engine light on, had to take it back Ofcourse oh what do you know, they want $ 900 to fix all that telling me oh it’s not covered by insurance (who covered my accident) They think I’m some young dumb girl won’t ever go back I’m so pissed. I so regret going here.

I took my car here a couple times last summer. The first time I was there, I watched the owner’s sons get into a crazy shouting match where they threatened to kill each other. I should have known then never to come back. Long story short, they wasted a lot of my money because they couldn’t find out what was wrong with my car, and they took their sweet time about it too. The last time I went in, I specifically told them my car was dying out at stop lights and had a bad idle, and I also told them to check my oil. $ 250 later, they couldn’t figure out what was wrong, and they also never checked my oil (it was two quarts low). I took it to another guy, he figured out it was the idle air control valve.
