Simply put, this place should not exist. It provided some good memories in the last but it was never really the food that made the memories.
Sometimes you wonder how these people can stay in business for so long. Although there is an underlying problem, we will address the later.

Seriously the worst Carl’s Jr. I have ever experienced. I try to be patient and I understand things happen. But on one situation they gave us stale bread for our burgers and then tonight they gave us the wrong burgers. They asked if our order was correct on the screen, it was, and it was correct on the receipt. Drove all the way home and they are the wrong burgers. Worst was they weren’t even something I would eat. So I had to drive all the way back in my pajamas to get my order fixed. They offered a drink. No refund. No apology. They gave my burgers and didn’t even try to speak with me It’s pretty poor customer service that they can’t even check the food orders before giving them out. On top of all that my husband who speaks Spanish was listening to them arguing and fighting over who made the mistake. Yelling at each other to shut up. I don’t want people getting blamed and fighting, I wanted an apology. This place is absolutely the worst!!!

This Carl’s jr is horrible. Previous review I have them a good review. That was months ago we had this location last night the food diddnt even taste good and to top it off they completely fucked up the order and forgot part of the food. Talk about a dry burger with no lettuce or any type of sauce. Famous star more like the fail star completely gross bland tasteless food never going to this location again close to my house or not.

This location sucks. Today my bun was hard and soggy. I used to like Carl’s Jr. until I started going to this location. I feel like I am being served leftovers. Dry meat, expired buns, and now I guess soggy buns. I want my money back!

I used to love Carl’s when i was in high school, but after entering college people introduce you to better food and you forget the old. Every now and then i crave a burger and when i do i either get Carl’s or In n Out. The past three times i have bought a burger from Carl’s the patty has had what i assume to be little tiny hard pieces which i assume are bone shards which get grinded with the meat. Even the Six Dollar Burgers. I’m just tired of having to pick stuff out of my mouth while eating Carl’s burgers. I hope they fix this or the star will fade into the darkness.

Dear Carls Jr, your employees sucks! They cant seem to take your order correctly, and if thats not the case the kitchen staff cant seem seem to make your oder correctly. This is so fusterating being that i love carls jr quality of fast food. And this is the second location ive attepted to get my order right at. But yet again your staff failed me! All your employees front, kitchen and managers suck!

I drive up at 10:00 pm and there were 4 cars in the drive thru. As I approached the counter the girl said abruptly «were closed» Not were closed but the drive thru is OPEN… She was rude and I will take my business to the Carl’s Jr. In Whittier. thank you so

I’m surprised i bit my tounge and didn’t go off in this place… My girlfriend and I went to get food on my lunch break and we were the only people in the restaurant yet it took 15 minutes to get our food. Not once did they acknowledge the wait. I think I could have had a full 5 course meal at a steak house in the time it took to just get my food at this «fast food» restaurant. The manager was walking around on her cell phone talking in Spanish behind the counter and failed to even greet me. After getting my food and getting back to work I had no time to eat it. When I did open my wrapper to eat my burger my order was incorrect. I ordered criss cut fries and got a total of SIX! Are you kidding me?! I don’t know who runs this place but I will NOT be going back EVER!

I have been here 3 times and every time I wish I hadn’t gone. I use the drive through, pay, then no matter how many cars are in front or behind me they make me park in front and wait an additional 10 minutes at minimum for my food while they serve 4 other cars. The last time I asked for a manager and she didn’t really seem to care that I was upset for having to walk in to see where my food was. Defeats the purpose of using the drive through if you have to park and walk in. On top of that the food is horrible. Never going back to this location. Waste of time and money.

Talking about trying to get You to upsize your order… They asked me 5 times if I wanted a cookie or dessert with my breakfast!!! if I wanted to add anything else and if they could give me anything else with my order after I kept saying that’s it no that’s it and no thank you I would not like anything else. I know that it is what they are trained to do, but it is still irritating. Briana was very nice as she asked 5 times though, I just wanted my biscuit sand which though. I like the Carl’s jr part here. The green burrito part I did not like because there were bones in my chicken so I refuse to order that again.. . I would go back.

This is the worst Carl’s jr I’ve ever been to. I think I even wrote to their management and they never responded. The food tastes terrible. One time I even went through the drive thru and pulled up at 6 AM right when they open and I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes saying hello? Hello? NOTHING. couldn’t believe they weren’t open when they were supposed to be.

Never coming here again. We were hungry and expecting great food from Carls Junior. The drinks come out as half water. We complained and they never did anything about it. Customer service is horrible. Ordered a cheese quesadilla and it came out as a chicken quesadilla. Ordered a hamburger and the tomatoes were not fresh at all and a little moldy. They didnt even put the sauce in there. Salsa wasn’t fresh. Worst place we ever went to. I dont even want to give them one star rating.

All I can say is super YUK!!! Don’t get me wrong, I love Carl’s Jr.. Most Carl’s locations I have gone to have been pretty good. I think this place is run by Goofy or Peter from Family Guy. Here are some issues I’ve had. They can really mess up your order in the drive thru (HAPPENED THREE TIMES IN A ROW!!), always filthy inside, and they cheap skate you on a large fry. Order a large fry and get a small fry amount. Food also tastes like it was made yesterday. Burger patties are super dry and YUK… Makes me wonder if the people who run this location are the same as the Fullerton Harbor and Imperial location. Same apathetic management style.

I literally just rolled through the drive thru the girl says hi would you like to try our wearer bacon cheese burger and we said no and then a guy came on the intercom and said sorry were closed. Wtf !!! You were just about to take my order !!! Not happy with my visit at all

The only places I know that charge a WHOLE DAMN DOLLAR to use a Visa debit card are this Carl’s Jr. and the flippin Casino. There is no way I’m paying this place a dollar for the privilege of taking my money for a $ 3 crap kid’s meal. Seriously, even if I were a billionaire it would never happen. Ever.
I’ve been here before twice (prior to the $ 1 charge) and the drive-​thru service has always been rude, so really the 1 star is generous.
I’m sure Carl Karcher is rolling over in his grave.

This carls is slow. Sometimes dirty, but always unhealthy (^^)

For some reason everyone I know who’s eaten here had gotten sick, including me.
Last resort food.
The restaurant on imperial and harbor is a safer bet.

I had to come down to Carl’s Jr to try the Memphis BBQ Burger!
I’ve never had one and I do love a good burger from Carl’s so I thought, why not? Not to mention, if you buy the combo, you get a free Ice cream sandwich. So I came to this location and ordered myself a Memphis BBQ Burger combo.
After paying and receiving my food, I noticed they messed up on two things. I asked for sweet potato fries and they gave me regular fries. They also forgot to give me my free sandwhich! O_​O
So I had to come back in and they took care of me no problem. So for that, you deserve 4 stars. You guys did cook a mean Memphis BBQ Burger for me though, and you did not skimp out on the onions or pulled pork, like I’ve heard about.
The combo ended up being around $ 10 – 11, pretty pricey so I probably wont be getting the combo all the time lol… If I get a craving for some Carls Jr, I will head back to this location.

3pm on a Tuesday. This Carl’s Jr is right next to Cost Co, so it’s very convenient to stop by before a big shopping trip. We’ve had better experiences here! This time, the service was off. As we were inside waiting to order (no line, just waiting for someone to take our order) we heard them park two cars from drive thru. If you’ve ever worked fast food, you know this is not good!
I don’t know if our cashier was new? She asked what kind of sauce for the chicken tenders — no sauce. I ordered my six dollar burger with bacon — no bacon. I didn’t know she didn’t enter it correctly when I ordered because — no receipt.
After kind of a long wait, the manager-​type person brought our food to us in the dining room and apologized for the wait. That’s when we found out about the missing sauce and bacon. He brought us the sauce but said bacon would be $ .80 because I hadn’t been charged for it. Forget it!
The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 star, is that the food was actually good — fresh and hot. We’ll be back due to the convenient location and because this is the first time the service was off.
