CrossFit Saved

I love this place! Truly comfortable environment. I started in March and have been hooked since. Have made great friends and have learned a lot about my body! Coach is awesome, spends a lot of time with you and your form and really devotes his time to your goals! Come join us!

Crossfit saved has changed my body, attitude, and life! Jonathan (owner) is so encouraging and he really gets to know the members of his gym and their capabilities. Not only does crossfit saved give you a great workout, they also give you tips and coaching on how to improve your diet to give you the results you want! I love being apart of this gym!

I’m so thankful I found out about crossfit saved. Not only am I seeing results, I am also excited to attend sessions knowing how challenging they will be. It’s a fun environment mixed with a lot of hard work and intensity. I highly recommend attending the boot camp & following the regimen the trainers give! You WILL see results & you will want to keep coming back for more!

Crossfit Saved is amazing!!! Every day I go to workout, i am pushed to my limits not only by John but by the entire group. I love that everyone is so encouraging, whether you’re in first place or last place. John is an amazing trainer/​coach. He takes the time to make sure form is correct and also spends time going over nutrition. i can honestly say I am in 10x better shape and its all thanks to John.

I’ve really enjoyed the atmosphere over at Crossfit Saved. The coach really explains health and fitness in a way that is easy to understand and he makes it seem achievable. He’s been working on my knees, which would cave in too much when I would squat, and I can see huge improvements in my posture and my feet! I have flat feet and my knees caving in when I squat, walk, jump or even dance doesn’t help with my arch. Since we’ve started working on correcting my knees I could see a difference in the flatness of my foot. The journal they offer us at CrossFit Saved is amazing. It helps me keep track of my improvement.
I’ve definitely been one of those girls Who worried about getting «buff“with CrossFit. The coach explained to me that with a combination of dieting well and doing CrossFit it’s impossible for a girl to get «buff». I took a chance and took his word for it. Turns out he was right! I’ve lost inches and become tone, which is exactly what I was looking for. There aren’t any traces of buffness here! Plus I heard that Jessica Alba does CrossFit so of course I was on board!
I have to mention that I love the décor and the fact that they have a locker room and shower. It makes going to the gym before my next appointment so much easier.
I’ve made great friends at CrossFit Saved and because of the people who are there and the coach I feel the support I need to encourage me to continue to take care of my health and look good!

I’m extremely lazy and literally never, EVER work out however I was convinced to participate in a 6 week boot camp and got great results. The workouts were tough and challenging but honestly if I can do it, ANYONE can to do it. The owner, Jonathan, is extremely encouraging and a big support to everyone. Join CrossFit Saved and you won’t regret it.

If you really want to see those gains you should try out CrossFit Saved. Every time I go workout John throws a new exercise at me, it is never boring and always challenging. I’ve had a gym membership before but never really liked going, felt like the whole place was judging me, but at CrossFit Saved is a totally different story. John really encourages everyone to do their best and always pushes you to your limits, as long as your form is on point. I surpassed my goals in losing 15lbs and gaining muscle in only 6wks. I think what separates John and CrossFit Saved from any other workout facility is his attention to detail and positive attitude. You should definitely check this place out, you will not be disappointed!

John has helped achieve fitness goals that I never I could. All my life I have been trying to get become fit and athletic and able to fly like a free bird. John has helped transform the «slow pigeon» attitude of mine into that of a soaring eagle. CrossFit Saved is a great environment to work out. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. Really recommend this place. Me and My family enjoy every aspect of it.

Facility is very well kept and clean. John (coach/​owner) is very friendly and encouraging in helping members reach their goals. Workouts are fun and everyone is friendly & supportive. There are also showers/​locker rooms available not often found at other crossfit gyms. So convenient!!! Definitely recommend this gym to others

Crossfit Saved is a great facility and John Palmer is incredible! He helped me accomplish my goals and made it fun at the same time. Working out is just a piece to the puzzle. John made me understand how the body works and what it takes to really achieve the outcomes I was looking for. Thanks Crossfit Saved!

This place is GREAT !! I seen better results by going to CrossFit Saved then I did going to average gym like 24 hour and LA Fitness.
I recommended CrossFit Saved to my friends and they loved it so much that all of them canceled their regular gym membership an signed up with CrossFit Saved.
Just to let you know I was scared about the whole crossfit name in general because I heard about all the injures that could happen. When spoke to John he told me that he would let me do any exercise with any serious weight until I have the perfect form down that way I wouldn’t hurt myself and that’s exactly what he did. Now I’m able to do a lot of weight without causing any kind of injuries to myself.
