I never set my expectations very high when I purchase a groupon, but I was SOOOO impressed with Johnson’s Carpet Care! The woman who handled the booking was super friendly and easy to work with and the technicians were fantastic. Vito and Javier were fast, thorough, knowledgeable and most importantly, got my carpet very, very clean. An A+++ experience from start to finish, I will definitely use these guys again.

We had our sofas and chairs cleaned right before the holidays. They guys were extremely courteous professional and the quality of work was unbelievable! Definitely and lifelong customer of them and will recommend them to anyone in need of carpet care service!

I was very pleased with the service I received 2 weeks ago. My boyfriend and I were moving and had to have the carpets professionally cleaned as part of our lease agreement. We had never had to use a cleaning service before so didn’t know where to start. Johnson’s had a living social deal but we ended up going with the coupon on the website as it was a better deal. They made recommendations based on the size of our home and the condition of the carpet. They ended up charging us less once they saw the carpet! They were on time, professional, and honest. The workers were very friendly and didn’t track in dirt on the other floors. This company did great work for the price. The larger companies change way too much! I plan on using them again if I have to. Thanks again guys!

I am updating this review because I left it while still very upset at how my grandmother was treated, but admittedly, they DID clean the carpets pretty well. So I figured I’d split the difference.
