Charles is extremely helpful. My dad & I both have financed great working vehicles at his dealer shop. I was given a 2^nd chance on rebuilding my poor credit also with a prior repossession. My experience with Charles was outstanding, He was very accommodating even with my financial issues, he helped me get a fuel efficient car & I was able to leave on the same day with my new Honda Accord (: Thanks again Charles!

I was given a 2^nd chance on rebuilding my poor credit with La Habra auto sales. Charles had taken a chance on me even though he knew about my past credit and also involving with a recent repossession I had prior to coming to him.
Even with very little down payment and a great monthly payments, I left very happy in my Toyota truck which I still have as of today. And at times I know I’ll be late in my car payment, I called up Charles and he was very understanding and supportive of my situations. Thank you Charles, without your help I wouldn’t have had the job I have today.

Most car dealers are the type you wouldnt want to deal with because of the inane, old school tactics they use to make a deal.
My experience at La Habra Auto Sales was different.
Charles didnt send out a salesman to show me the car. He personally showed me all the features and benefits each car had. I spent a good deal of time trying to choose between 6 different makes/​models so i had Charles grabbing multiple keys. Through it all, he was accommodating and never once did i feel pressured to make a decision.
So after i settled on the car, we worked out a fair and equitable price that was within my budget and off i went.
Bottom line… yes, id tell a friend!

This place is HORRIBLE! My son purchased a car from here last week, after an hour the battery on the car was dead, we needed to replace it, within less than 24 hours the car wouldn’t even turn on. I went with my son to speak with the sales man and discuss the contract only to find out that my son never received a copy of the agreement. «Chuck» swore that he gave my son a copy but in his possession was the customer copy. He had my son sign a BLANK agreement. then filled in all the numbers. He said he was frugal and split the contracts to save money. This is completely ILLEGAL. To make matters worse he got upset with me because I was fighting for my son. I had to contact La Habra police to get a copy of the agreement that read it was cancelled, we were reimbursed the money finally. Unfortunately it had to go that far. To add insult to injury he told my son that he needed to be a man next time. What kind of professional sales person/​business owner says such a thing? I would stay away from this place!

In the state of California, it’s illegal for a dealer to sell a car without a smog certificate. Being from out of state, I wasn’t aware of this. *Michael sent me to get the smog test AFTER the transaction was done and money changed hands. The car failed ALL THREE tests, very horribly. The car is considered a gross polluter. They offered to get this situated.
However…my friend looked at the car and told me that the head gasket was leaking oil. He said it should be pretty easy to fix. I notified *Michael that this is what needs to be done. His response? «Slow leak, not to worry.» Shady shady shady.
*Michael overcharged me on an under quality car. This deal is NULL and VOID due to him making an ILLEGAL transaction by selling a car in the state of California that did not have a recent smog certificate.
This place is horrible. This is a typical shady used car lot. Even if you LUCKED out and bought a nice car here, making ONE transaction like this under this businesses belt should deter customers enough, imo. Please go else where. PLEASE.

I had a great experience here at La Habra Auto Sales. The owner/​operator, Charles, was very friendly and extremely helpful in the whole process of showing us the car, working out a deal, and working with my credit union to get the loan process finished.
I went in on a Saturday, test drove the car, etc., we negotiated a great deal including an extended warranty, and got the paperwork done as far as we could without the credit union’s approval (I was pre-​approved for a loan, but they weren’t open on Sat to approve the car itself).
Monday morning I called my credit union and Charles and they worked out the rest of the process. Charles even made a trip to the DMV instantly so that the registration process would be done that day! I really appreciated that because I had class that night and I didn’t want to make another trip another day as well.
Overall, great deal, great service, and a great experience here at La Habra Auto Sales. I would definitely do business here again in the future. As a matter of fact, I’ll come here first.
