I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from Maria at La Habra Motors. She was absolutely fabulous! Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. They could not have made us feel more comfortable and Maria went out of her way to get me the best price possible for my car. I love my car and would reccomend La Habra Motors to anyone looking to buy from an honest and reputable dealer. I am more than pleased!

I shopped for a 2010 or newer Prius with close to 100,000 miles for over two months with my crappy credit, and Angie and Maria came through for me big time. I had enough of credit apps and test driving way over priced cars, so just as I’m about to give in to riding the train for the rest of my life, boom, I spot my car at La Habra motors. A 2010 Prius with 116,000 miles in near perfect condition.
Let me first say, don’t ever buy a car from anyone without having a certified mechanic inspect the vehicle. no matter what!!! But guess what? i broke my own dam rule. and the car is totally legit.

Maria really helped us out today. Drove up with my car and left with another one! She was very patient and kind, and answered every question we asked her about financing, etc. happy we chose this place. We found a truck online at La Habra Motors for my son– Told him we are only going to check it out and he can think about buying it. He had done his homework on trucks and Martha made a pretty sweet deal– my son ended up buying it and drove it off the lot that day! When you go in– ask for Martha, very patient and helpful-​great experience with her.

Overall great customer service from La Habra Motors. The salesperson I talked to was Maria and she handled my situation very well. I did my research on my truck before I bought it and checked the Carfax. I found out it was a company car and they took great car of it. I’ll be honest the truck really sold itself. Bad: The truck wasn’t washed & waxed before I took it off the lot, it was rinsed down. Good: They fixed the front bumper before I left. There was not a spot or crumb inside the truck, the interior was outstanding. Overall: Happy I bought my truck from these guys! Thanks again Maria.

I traded in a used vehicle for a different used vehicle from this location. I noticed an oil leak in the front of the vehicle and requested they fix the leak as a term of purchase. They agreed to fix the leak and so I sold them my vehicle, but they didn’t fix the leak the same day. They kept it over night and lent me a pick up truck that looked like someone’s personal work truck which smelled like cigarettes. The next day they told me the leak was from the crank seal and that they fixed it. They also told me that they installed new brakes. A couple days later the brakes squeaked and the oil leaked. The oil leak caused the motor mounts to melt and need replacement. I called them and they refused to make the repairs which were originally in the terms of sale. Don’t buy from them. Even if you have it inspected, they will agree on any repairs, but never follow through.
They also are not easy to negotiate a fair price with. They charge very high prices for lemons and leave you with expensive repair bills.

Had a great experience buying our new car everyone was very nice and helpful. Angie and Jimmy worked a very great deal for me and my family I would buy from here again

My friend and I went here to buy an Audi a4. It was a good clean car. Maria the salesperson was willing to work with us on pricing. It was a pleasant experience and we are very happy with the car!

I recently bought a truck from La Habra Motors. The overall buying process was fast and easy. I found the truck that I wanted online, I called to get more info and to check availability, then I went there and drove off in a new truck. The whole process from the time that I found their ad was only a few hours. The sales person that helped me was Maria and she made the whole process very easy. I would have given 5 stars but my check engine light came on before I even drove off the parking lot. I told the service person about it and he told me to return and he will take a look at it. Unfortunately I have a busy schedule and have not had time to return so I am going to fix it at a later time. Luckily it is not a major mechanical issue.
I would recommend buying from this place but make sure that you do a thorough inspection of the vehicle before buying. I was in a rush so I did not have enough time to inspect the truck but overall I’m satisfied with my purchase.

I’m very happy to be the first positive review on here. For the simple fact that I first hand had an excellent experience from start to finish, and I’m sure that the other two reviews that were posted years ago prove the business has 1) changed for the better or 2) most people don’t usually post reviews for a positive interaction (myself included). I’m taking the time out of my busy day to prove to all those reading this, and considering buying a vehicle at la habra motors that this establishment is a stand up business. I arrived at la habra motors after searching on auto trader for a used Chevy. They had several on their lot, so found it worth the trip to head out. When I arrived I must admit I was skeptical, but once greeted by a sweet voice, my mind started to ease. Cheryl was very sweet, honest, and bright. We were used to visiting other dealerships and always feeling attacked, or ignored because we weren’t committed to buy upon entering the lot. This place was different. From beginning to end, the owner Jimmy was honest and completely fair. He made us comfortable the entire visit. No pressure or gimmicks. We got a greeeeatt deal! Was also able to trade in my vehicle and get a great price compared to kbb value. I’m used to getting my last two vehicles brand new from BMW. The service there is impeccable, so buying used offered skepticism, but overall my experience was fair, honest and easy. The used Tahoe we bought had a minor ding on the front and rear bumpers. Jimmy repainted the entire hood and bumper without any extra expense as a bonus. We agreed on one but when we picked it up we were surprised to find an awesome, body shop quality repair of Both! He also checked our brakes and turned the rotors and replaced the brake pads. At no cost! During my repair time, he offered me one of the cars off the lot to drive while he repaired my Tahoe for free. No one does that! Word of mouth goes far and great service is priceless. My son will be driving soon. I will take him back to Jimmy, Cheryl and Maria for great friendly service. The proof is in the pudding, just go by and check them out.

Got a car here. Afterwards found out needed alignment was messed up, Needed new oil flush.
I brought it in they supposedly fixed it but they did not. Their mechanics were incompetent to not do the job .I had to bring my car to a bmw dealership and they had to refix it while it was under warranty out of my own pocket. ALSO I later found out the car had flood damages which they never had told me!!!

Purchased a Cadillac CTS 1month ago. Online price was$ 1000 less than the sticker price. But no need to worry they met the online price… NICE… David, Maria, Angie were all awesome. Service was great and very professional which exceeded my expectations. I have recommended this used car dealer to my son when he’s ready to go truck shopping. La habra motors is the place to go for nice clean used cars.

I bought my Mini Cooper at La Habra Motors, and I’m very pleased! The owner and his staff were welcoming and professional. He had a wealth of knowledge on all his vehicle’s gas mileage, blue book value, and each vehicle’s rating. He was able to negotiate the price without any pressure! After getting a GREAT DEAL on my car and completing the paper work in less the an hour. I must say, I would refer my friends, family, and co workers to La Habra Motors! :-)

Everyone has an individual experience… just sayin’, mine was as good as it gets! I was looking to trade my vehicle in for something that had a «towing» capacity. We decided to purchase a Chevy Tahoe. I spent a week searching all the «Auto» Websites for the best deal I could find… and found it right here at La Habra Motors. Jimmy, Hady (not Havy) and Maria gave me the ultimate customer service experience and made me feel like I was part of the family! They gave me great trade in value for my vehicle and had the most «aggressively» priced vehicles posted on the internet. I spent 3.5 hours (one way) driving to this dealership and was happy to do so for the Tahoe being sold. THE «TERMS» OFFERED WERE SO GOOD… there was no «haggling» needed… I had done my research. I took the deal! The low miles, the perfect condition and the aggressive pricing on this vehicle were AMAZING! I took the car to a Chevy Dealership yesterday to establish a relationship and they gave the car a «thumbs-​up». That for me sealed the deal! I want to thank La Habra Motors for making this purchase the best experience possible.

I live in Ventura County and needed a used vehicle ASAP because my son totaled his car and needed one to get back and forth to school. I searched for 3 days before I found the 2006 Hyunda Elantra that La Habra Motors advertised on
. I spoke to a lady by the name of Maria. She was very nice. I told her that it would take me a few hours to get to her car lot, but I was coming to take a look at the Elantra. When I got there a man named Havy (I think thats how you spell it) took me on a test drive and the car seemed okay. So I bought it and signed the «as is» purchase agreement.
Their was a little confusion with getting the paper work together because I bought the car under my corporate name, but we worked through it. Finally my son met me at the dealer and drove the car home. The next day he tried to play a CD and it got stuck in the disc drive. He tried rolling down the left passenger door window but it did not work. Needless to say, I was not happy about that.
But I called Havy and said: «I know I signed the „as is“ purchase agreement for the car but would you mind taking a look at these items for me please.» He was soooo kind! He said that he would and repaired the items quickly.
I am very happy with the service that I received from Havy and Maria! They were very friendly and nice to me and my son. The owner/​manager (I didn’t catch his name) was very friendly too! I Am Happy that I had a good experience with this company :-) This is my first time buying a used car and I would purchase from them again…

This place has no integrity at all. I purchased a car from them early in the morning. I was told by their ad in writing that «a/​c blows ICE COLD» bought the car, drove it later that day when it was warm and turned on the a/​c and guess what? It doesn’t work. I called them and they said I bought the car «as is» which they are correct, I am not asking them to repair anything on the car except for what they said worked. They said I would get a call later that day, no call back. Next day, no call back. I call back on the 3^rd day and I am told the sales man «Havy» spoke to the owner and said that because they reduced the price of the car by $ 300 it doesn’t matter that they say it works or not. How much of a scam is that?
When I purchased the car, they also tried to sell it to me at sticker price when it was listed online as cheaper, I asked «Havy» if that was their best price, and he said yes. I pulled out the ad and showed it to him at a lower price and he got tongue tied. «Well, um, I will have to double check to make sure this is our ad» Are you kidding me? They lie to me and then accuse me of bringing in a fake ad with their name and logo and the car pictures and details? What a joke!
I will be getting my a/​c fixed and then having to go to small claims to get my money back, they were dumb enough to put it in writing that it works but think they don’t have to make good on it. I spoke to a lawyer and he says I have a solid case and will guide me through the process so I win my claim.
I will be complaining to the BBB as well, this place is a sham and something you should not have to encounter from a family business, they also operate a repair shop it would have taken nothing for them to fix it, they just don’t want too.
Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. These foreigners are lairs and thieves. There are 1000’s of places to buy a used car, take your hard earned money some place else, don’t risk it here.
