I’m a jack of all trades at Modern Chair Rental, we are a really small business so we have no employee’s just me and my brother. I take orders, deliver orders, drive the trucks, create quotes, order new items, process payments, meet with clients and I am really good at what i do. We are never late for any event, you will love our furniture.

I am an actor/​director out in Los Angeles and I needed a killer piece of furniture for one of my shoots. After much research, we came across Modern Chair Rental. We spoke with Alex and told him exactly what we were looking for. Not only did he provide many pictures of his AMAZING furniture, he was prompt to answer all of my questions and was very pleasant to work with.
The selection is fantastic, especially if you’re looking for that Hollywood Regency, over the top, showstopper furniture. We ended up going with an all-​white love seat. It was a clean, very well taken care of piece of seat and it looked great on set. I highly recommend this business and will definitely keep them in mind for future shoots.

I emailed Alex on several occassions because I had never rented a throne chair before and had a ton of questions. I needed one for a Scarface themed party that I was throwing for my husband. Alex was extremely patient and helpful, he even sent me pictures of various pieces that he thought would work well for the event.
The throne chair was a definite hit, even to the point that guests would ask where I got it. It was a beautiful piece with elaborate detail and was perfect for the occassion!
I would definitely rent from him again, the overall experience was great! He responded to all of my emails, answered all of my questions and was flexible with the day and time of the chair return.

I needed a throne chair for my nephew’s birthday. I wanted something royal because that was the theme. I came across modern chair rental on the internet and I sent a request for a quote. I shortly received a message back from Alex. He answered all of my questions plus emailed me an invoice. I faxed it back to him and the rest was history. When I received the chair it was big, beautiful, & clean just what I wanted. Overall the product was wonderful & the service was wonderful. The only thing that I would change is the fact that there was no option for delivery/​pickup. Even with that being said I would still use this company again for upcoming events.

We recently rented a chair for our «Brunch with Santa» event from Modern Chair Rental. This was the PERFECT chair! It made the event and the kids loved sitting on Santa’s lap in his red/​gold KING THRONE chair!
Alex had the perfect selection of large King throne chairs for us to choose from. The chair we choose was exactly like the picture. Alex even sent us the measurements so we could double check that it would fit in our over-​sized SUV for pick-​up and helped us load it.
The chair was in excellent condition, wrapped with padding and came with a protective cover for transporting. Wonderful experience, great customer service, fabulous high-​end quality products, and outstanding modern furniture selection for parties and events! I already reserved the chair again for next year’s event!

I was looking for a throne chair for rental for a photoshoot I was doing and was having such difficulty until I came across this biz.
Alex and his wife are so lovely, professional and the prices were great! I will certainly be using them again. Be aware though, if you get the throne chair it REALLY large, actually photographed perfectly for what I was looking for, but make sure you have a really BIG trunk to put it in. They aren’t kidding when they say its big.
I snooped in the warehouse and they have such amazingly creative furniture, thinking about using them for event rental in the future.
Super recommend!
