Moksha Salon & Threading

I like that it’s never busy when I go, so no wait time. I’ve gone a couple of times because it’s so close to my house but I’m not super happy. The girl does a good job shaping and cleaning up my eyebrows but she isn’t very careful. I’ve been cut before and she’s seems rushed most of the time. I’ve had the older woman do them before and I couldn’t complain. Overall, it’s ok.
I’ve got a trim before from the woman and I was happy with that.

I used to love this salon. I was even contemplating of writing this review until I’ve realized its going to take me a REALLY long time to grow my eyebrows to my favorite shape. Stopped by for my 2 week check in and I always trusted the young miss until my last day there a couple months ago. The older lady was going to help me, as I sat down I changed my mind quick to ask for the young miss again. She seemed in not the best mood to begin with and it was always just a clean up and trim with my eyebrows BUT she completely did what she wanted and made them a round shape??? Why? Idk. I cried my whole way home. Thanks a lot.

This is the «go to» place for threading! It’s a hidden gem and I continously get compliments on the shape of my eyebrows, esp. Since I don’t draw them and don’t need too after coming here!

Owner was incredibly nice, sweet but my experience was terrible. The threading hurt terribly. Worst than my first time. It legit took her 2 – 3 minutes, she threated only, did not plug my eye brows. It was just bad, when my sister oaid, the owner did ask whether she was leaving a tip. That’s not something I’ve experienced before. Not a returning customer. ;(

They did a great job with my cut and color. Didn’t take off too much for the trim which is how I like it and she took her time making sure the color was perfect.

I love this place so much! I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded here for quite some time so today I tried the underarms wax. At first I was a bit skeptical but the girl who attended me made me feel less nervous and she really made me feel comfortable with my self. Mind you, I’m a bit shy showing off my underarms. But today she did the waxing quick and easy plus painless! I love this place so much! I will be definitely going back for more work done!

INCREDIBLY skilled! Got my eyebrows threaded for the very first time ever, and wow, it turned the hot mess that was my eyebrows to sexy on fleek ones!!! I AM SOOO coming back.

I really like this place, the older lady does an amazing job. She usually trims my split ends. I love that she doesn’t have to cut off too many inches off my hair to do the job. Not to mention this place is always nice and clean.
Tip: make sure you wash your hair before getting a hair cut (:

My first visit and was great service! Did not wait much did the Brazilian wax, room was very clean, quiet, peaceful. Mary took care of me very well. Definitely going back again.

Threading:
This was the first time getting my eyebrows threaded, and I’m glad I came here. Santoshi did my eyebrows. She asked me to hold my eyebrow skin taut and just did her thing. It burned a little, but the process was fast (5 mins) and therefore tolerable. Ever since I was in high school, I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed and sometimes the ladies at the salon made them crooked and what not, but you don’t have to worry about this with Santoshi. She’s very experienced and will not mess up your eyebrows! I didn’t even have to tell her what to do; she just started threading and made them look great! I also got my lip threaded, which hurt way more (I actually really wanted to cry), but again, the process was fast and therefore tolerable. I like threading because it doesn’t irritate my incredibly sensitive skin. Whenever I got my eyebrows and lip waxed, I used to break out (i’m guessing from the wax, which opened my pores and the oils and creams they used immediately after to relieve the burn irritated my skin). After Santoshi threaded my eyebrows, my skin was perfectly fine. She didn’t even need to put any lotions or soothing creams on it.
I will definitely be back here!

I brought my daughter here for eyebrow threading and asked them to just clean and shape them a bit. They were left too thin and one thinner than the other, the girl trimmed the top with scissors too much. The skin under her left eyebrow looks like her skin might have gotten caught in the thread because she had a few scabs and said it was burning a bit. Not coming back, not happy with the results.

What can I say! Santoshi is amazing!!! She made my eyebrows look perfect, nothing less than a perfect. She is very patient, caring and makes sure you have the best experience. Also the place is very clean, and neat. Ask for Santoshi if you want perfect eyebrows!

I was referred to this place by a friend of mine to get my eyebrows done. She did such a great job that I only trust her with my brows now. I am scared that my lovely eyebrows that she created will get ruined. I am so picky about them and she is the only person that I can trust with them! She knows what shapes fit what faces and is really careful and detailed with everything she does!

Santoshi did the henna on my bridesmaids hands and feet for my wedding. Her work is PERFECTION and she is super sweet. Decently priced and beautiful work! I will definitely be coming back.

I was referred to this salon by a friend to get my eyebrows done, I went after work on a Friday and was very excited to see that there wasn’t a very long wait time. Santoshi was the women who did my eyebrows (Which I am very picky about who does my eye brows) I asked for them to be cleaned up with an arch, and to my liking, they came out PERFECT, they were full and thick just the way I like them. I can either wear them natural or fill them in a little darker when I attend a special event, Since then I have a standing appointment every other week with Santashoi. Also for the first time ever I decided to try something new and get a hand Henna, I was also very pleased with the work that she did, that henna was fun and I received a lot of compliments, in which I referred them to the Moksha Salon & Threading, I would recommend this shop to anyone.

This is the only place I trust with my eyebrows! It is out of my way, but it’s well worth it. Santoshi does an amazing job!

I was not very impressed. I went here specifically because of the reviews and pictures but I was a little upset when I left. One eyebrows was considerably smaller then he other and I was also surprised by how different my brows were shaped… I usually to for a more natural look and this was not what I wanted.
