I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy anything the day I went, but I talked to Adam and he was such a huge help. He worked with me on the price of the cycle I wanted and I left very satisfied. This is the only spot I’m going to shop at now.

I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a motorcycle to go see Sean at Moto United. He is very knowledgable about their products and is hands down a very friendly and personable guy.

We have been in to Moto United twice to check out a motorcycle for my husband. Adam has been very patient and kind. We really appreciate all of his knowledge and respect that he has shown us. Hopefully next time we go in we will finally agree on a bike and we will be purchasing one. I highly recommend Moto United and Adam as a sales man. He is not pushy at all.

After my motorcycle accident, of course I was in the market for a new bike. After shopping around at another popular location I finally landed at MOTO United. Victor helped me out and after I looked at a couple bikes and decided on the 2015 R1. He was very knowledgeable about bikes and always made sure that I 1. Was protected and had all the gear. 2. Made sure I was ready to take on such a big beast ! Haha to this day I don’t trust anyone else to work on my bike and also I wouldn’t buy another bike from any other place.
In my opinion they weren’t trying to JUST make a sale, they were trying to be a friend and build a relationship. I stop by every once and a while and I’m immediately recognized. Since then, I have referred a couple of my friends to the shop to check it out and feel the vibe.
I even had the pleasure of adding a new 2015 Grom to the list of toys. They of course have a shop to take your bike in for service. Great selection of motorcycles and also gear to make sure your protected.

I was calling around dealerships looking for a part and Melissa Moto United receptionist was so kind and helpful and got me talking to the correct person. Moto United has awesome staff !!!

Came back to Moto United for more of a commuter bike. Sean helped me choose between the Honda and Yamaha. Ended up with the Yamaha and could not be happier. The XSR is way more comfortable than my R6. The new 3 cylinder makes awesome power. It has a ton of low end and revs like crazy on top. Rode it 100 miles yesterday and was not even tired. Thank you Moto United for getting me on this awesome machine.

GO CHECK OUT THEIR RE-​MODEL! It’s still in progress, but they are making some great changes! Customer service is HUGE to me. Each and every time I have come to this dealership, I am greeted by multiple employees, and I appreciate that they do not pressure me to buy! They have a family dealership feel and you can tell that everyone has a passion for the industry. They have recently done some remodeling to the store and it is a night and day difference from what it used to look like. Go see if for yourself! Adam is awesome to work with in sales and will go over and beyond to earn your business and help you find what you’re looking for, while staying within your budget. He will ALWAYS be your best deal and will shoot you straight. This dealership deserves that 5 star review.

Me and my boyfriend just stopped by to check out the Yamaha YXZ 1000R. Definitely looking like a next purchase for us soon! Victor Kha is a great sales rep. Great customer service and very friendly to talk to! Had a great time just talking and hang out! I would definitely recommend going to him to make a purchase!

This is the place to get your bike, service is very friendly, they work with you to find the bike for you if you’re new. Work well to get financing taken care of, even with poor credit. Adam was very helpful in my purchase of my new Yamaha R3, can’t wait to do more buesness in the future.

New rider and first time buyer. I had been looking online at a lot of different sites for bikes for a few weeks. After going to a couple of deal ships beforehand, I was focused on a Honda CBR 600 or Yamaha R6. Let me start by saying that Moto Untd (MU) is at least 30 miles away from my house. I found a 2007 R6 online at MU for the same price as a 2008 R6 at another dealership that was 5 miles away from my house. Why did I choose MU? Because of the reviews! And they did not disappoint, which is why I felt so compelled to spread the word and leave a review regarding my experience.
Saw a 2007 r6 on the website. I didn’t call or anything. Probably because I was scared that it they would tell me it was gone. Anyway, Me and a friend literally showed up and walked in. I was about 75% ready to buy The bike had only been there about a week or so. Saw the bike right out front, sat on it and wanted to see what it was like. We walked around to check out other bikes and felt it was a pretty chill environment.
Adam came out and introduced himself, no pressure at all, just wanted to make sure we had been helped and was there to answer any questions. We went back to the bike I originally came to see, went through everything on the bike and answers all my questions about it.
The previous owner installed these handle bars that were a little too straight for my taste. Me and my friend didn’t feel any pressure at all. It was just like talking to a friend that had the same interest as you. Vic came out and introduced himself and we got to talking about bikes, different models and the experience. I could definitely tell that Adam and Vic were just two guys who wanted to answer questions and ensure that customers were happy with their purchase. I never for a second felt any pressure to buy or anything. Also, they NEVER tried to up sale me on a 250 or a newer model at all. That was really critical to me. I wanted to buy from these guys and this shop after our interaction. They were extremely helpful, knowledgable and just spoke from their own experience. I couldn’t ask for more. I bought the bike and left it there for a day so they could install another set of handle bars… which they were glad to do for me.
I came to pick up the bike a day later. Everything was installed perfectly. The service guys are some of the best! I saw two police bikes in the garage and I was told that local police bring their bikes in for service. If the police trust the service here, why wouldn’t you?
Also when I picked up the bike I didn’t notice before but the bike did not have any passenger footpegs. Not a big deal because I didn’t plan on having any for a while anyway. But Vic said no worries, he’d get some for me and they’d install them whenever I wanted to come back down!
I mean, what an awesome gesture!

This is probably by far the best Yamaha Dealer I’ve encountered. If you are looking into buying a bike I highly recommend to go here. I live in the South Bay and all dealers around my area charge too much especially for freight and set up. This place will give you the best price guaranteed. I was literally in and out with a new bike less than an hour. If I could recommend a sales person, talk to victor. Victor is super cool and he was very easy to work with.

We came in yesterday after getting a good feeling talking to them on the phone. Of all the places we have been, this one had the best customer service by far.
When we got there, we looked at the bike we were considering (R6), and decided to talk numbers. The best part of this dealership is that they aren’t pushy AT ALL and they don’t give you any BS. They tell you straight up what they can offer you and you make the decision from there. We left thrilled with the bike we purchased. Thank you Sean!

The hubby and I stopped by here for my new bike since he got a good impression from speaking with Adam over the phone. Everyone was really nice and welcoming since the moment we walked in. They were very knowledgable about all the bikes and are not biased to certain brands, which I like because you really get to hear their honest opinions about what you’re about to get yourself into. We were mainly looking for Hondas but open to Yamahas so we were definitely in the right place with lots of eye candy to look at. I was pretty set on the Honda CBR500 °F but I didn’t get a chance to sit on the bike. The moment I sat on it, I was convinced — this was the one for me!!! HEARTHEARTHEART! They had both the 2015 model and 2014 ABS model in the showroom, which extremely made the decision harder for me. Obviously as a new rider, it makes the most sense to get ABS but newer models aren’t bad either, especially when it’s a white and red model. After I made my decision, it was smooth sailing from there. Sean, the manager, finished our paperwork and helped us set up extended warranty and delivery for the following day. Oh! Before he started on the paperwork he actually moved my bike to the back so no one else will get a chance to sit on it! So thoughtful of him!
One down side to this dealership is that they didn’t have a lot of options for gears, but they did have a good close out sale on helmets when we went in. Random sizes though, but that’s the perks of close outs I suppose!
Adam, once again, welcome to sunny SoCal! Hope we are treating you well and thank you again for all your help! Victor, I can’t wait for you to sell one of your bikes to me and I will be coming back for that scooter soon!

Great service and good customer service. Their prices are very competitive and if you do find a better price. They’ll try their best to work with you on that. They have a great staff here and will definitely take my bike in for my first tune up.

What can I say. I left here in an awesomely wicked good mood! Got more than what I thought I would get for the same price other dealerships were selling the exact same stock models.
My son called, asked questions and got answers immediately. I won’t lie, I was hesitant to go at first after all the negative service we’d received at other shops.
We met Victor Kha when we got there. He was amazing to say the least! His customer service was on point, he explained everything, and I mean everything, in detail! He explained the different types of financing options available, in detail! Wow!
He showed my son the bike he was interested in and the price on this beauty was the same price as the stock bikes in other shops.
So what made this bike better you ask? It had EVERYTHING! Frame sliders, Yoshimura slip on exhaust and a Yoshimura fender eliminator. After adding two helmets (a Shoei & an HJC) and a 4 year extended warranty, the payments was still what my son was looking for!
Victor then took his customer service skills a step farther. He explained the bike to my first time rider son in DETAIL. I’m not talking about the «this is your clutch, this is your front brake, this is your rear brake blah blah blah.» No we got that and a whole lot more.
Needless to say, we’re happy. Like wickedly happy.
