I am a Master certified ASE technician and I have been in the automotive field for 13 years. I worked for a few businesses and kne that one day I would open my own shop.

Anthony Wrixon has always been passionate about automobiles. It started as a young boy who loved to build model cars and enter them in model car shows with his friends. He couldn’t wait until he was able to purchace his first car and build it from the ground up. With influence from his father he was able to start his passion and take pride in this endeavor. After high school he attended Nascar Technical Institute in Mooresville N.C. were he excelled to the top of his class. He started his technical career at Diamond Bar Honda as an entry level technician. There he worked his way up the ranks and developed a passion for import and domestic cars. From that point he has worked for a few independent shops in the area and found himself wanting to own and operate his own garage. With his family support team behind him he found the perfect shop in La Habra, C.A. and opened the doors July 1 2015.

It’s hard to find a honest mechanic, this place was referred to me by a close friend and I have to say that this will now be the only place I take my vehicles. Anthony is very professional and knows his stuff. You will never have to worry about being taken advantage of, as a coincidence his wife works the counter and also works at my chiropractors office, i happen to know that this couple is honest and will take care of you and your vehicle. I hope this Unilocal boosts their business. This place is top notch. I highly highly recommend it.

Anthony at OC Automotive and Diagnostic is by fare the best tech I have had the pleasure to do business with. He is a wizard in his field, though he is able to breakdown the automotive terminology in a way that makes it easy for one to understand. His diagnostic abilities are second to none in my opinion. I have brought him cars and trucks both new and old, and he is always able to get to the root of the issue, and have me back on the road sooner than later. Proving, that the scope of his automotive know-​how is vast and may be endless. Furthermore, Anthony is honest, reasonable, and personable. I would highly recommend him for all facets of automotive repair, and have done so to multiple family and friends.

Anthony has been the only mechanic I have trusted to work on my vehicle since I purchased it new in 2007. I took my truck in for minor repairs yesterday and got a great report on how well it is holding up. I now have 95,000 miles on my Toyota FJ Cruiser and it runs as smooth as it did brand new. This is truly one of the best shops you could ever ask to go to. I had an issue with my car that I had been dealing with for months. I went here and was greeted with a friendly face and great customer service, honestly if I could give 10 stars trust me I would. Anthony is your guy for all your car needs, he is kind and listens to what you have to say. He won’t give up on your car and just let you walk away. You can clearly see how passionate and determine he really is about fixing your car and his love for cars in general. If you want an honest guy who really cares about what he’s doing go take your car here even if it’s just for an oil change. This place has your back

Mike S. I met Anthony at his Grand Opening some weeks ago, through my daughters boyfriend, who’s has known Anthony for a long time. The reason I went was because I have a 2001 GMC Stepside which ive owned since 2002. about 2 – 3 years ago I started having service engine light problems. During the past 2 – 3 years I’ve taken it too 4 – 5 auto places in orange co. After spending a lot of money with no real good results, I was about ready to sell my GMC. My problem was loss of power on inclines, it would just about shut off and I would have to pull over especially up mountain roads. I met Anthony hoping he was the guy who could fix this. After meeting him and his wife, and talking to them, I was so impressed with their attitude, I just had that feeling this was the place that could solve this mystery. After I brought it to him we talked about it and I left it in his hands. Every day for about a week or so he would give me updates, and I could tell he was stumped. But would not give up. One night he had a light come on in his head, yes he does take it home with him .He went in that next day. Now he replaced the fuel injectors prior to that day. But he double checked that system again .he was on a mission! He found the problem, he test drove my truck About 10 times that morning going up hills and nothing .The problem was fixed! Now to finish this story any of you novis guys that have a car or truck and are so attached to it, and have a problem, and can’t figure it out, don’t give up take your car or truck that you have had forever and leave it with Anthony, he «will» figure it out. Because he is on a Mission and this is who he is, and what he does! My Hats off to you Anthony your one of a kind. Mike S

From the minute I pulled into this OC Automotive I was greeted and aknowledged immediately! Such a friendly and honest service, I took my car in to get a full checkup and see what issues needed attention. My car was getting inspected and the mechanic came to the waiting room to pull me into the bay and point out the issues on my vehicle. I got the witness everything with my own eyes. He made sure that my car was fully inspected before he went on to do the repairs. What other shops would of charged me an arm and maybe two legs. This shop only charged one arm lol. Good service from beginnig to end. I left satisfied after all the repairs were done. My car runs like it used to before. My gas mileage is now at its best and the drive is so smooth! Thank you OC Automotive for taking care of me as a walk in customer and pointing out everything that my car needed attention with. I will be coming back again!!!

He is honest about his work and will explain everything he finds in a way that anyone can understand it. He is also very transparent and takes photos to show you problem areas or broken parts instead of having you just take his word. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest quality autoshop.

Great shop in La Habra. Excellent service. This shop has a convenient location and a waiting room which a lot of shops in the area lack. The owner and master mechanic Anthony is very upfront and honest about your car needs. I got the platinum service and a few filters changed. I would definitely recommend this shop!

I went to a couple places to see how much they charge for a new wheel bearing and I saw this place. As soon as I walked in it was welcoming, I ask Anthony for the price of the wheel bearing and was way cheaper then the other shops, gotta say it didn’t take very long but he did a great job I recommend going here I’ll I have to say is thank you Anthony and I will be coming back
