The meat is hard on most of the dishes I’ve tried. They don’t give the right portions compared to other Panda Express restaurant. You have to ask for another scoop just to get a decent portion. The Beef Broc. meat was hard, fatty and Broc was undercooked.

Fast service… Although I won’t ever go back. When Michelle asked the girl sweeping to drop some wontons in the fryer, I had the privilege to watch her fail at washing her hands. The girl set aside the broom, tore open the bag of wontons, grabbed them with the same hands she just swept with and dropped them in the fryer. Pretty disgusting. This place has poor sanitation and not a pretty sight. No thank you!

I just got home from panda express. I was not satisfy with the quantity of food they give. Everytimes i buy food there i notice they give little food. Usually when i buy food, i never notice each scoop of food is very calculating on how much they put in your dish. What make me mad is they even remove food they already put in your foam plate. But the problem is the amount of food is not much in first place to remove it. I do admit their good taste good but dont like amount for price.

One of the better panda express locations. The portions seem better than others. The restaurant was clean. Would have given them 5 stars but I had to wait for them to cook 1 of the entrées.

Overall good service and a pretty clean restaurant. Nice spacious indoor and outdoor seating areas, they have a good selection of entrees and most of it is pretty fresh. My one complaint would be that the cream cheese rangoons were a little stale, it’s not a big deal but they were pretty bad. That was disappointing, but I had a bowl which was good and pretty decently priced.

I mean it is a fastfoos place so the food aint gonna be THAT amazing but I feel like you get what cha pay for and honeslty this panda express gives a lot. The workers are nice, especially the asian lady and you get your food fast. All good in my book.

I love Panda Express but I don’t care for this location. I have tried eating at this particular location a few times and I won’t be back. I will go out of my way to go to the one in Whittier. The reason I don’t care for this location is mostly based on the customer service. I ordered string bean chicken and the pan was really low and the food looked old. I was asked if I wanted to wait for a new one. I agreed and next thing I know, the same server was giving me the old batch and it wasn’t a heaping scoop which is what the serving should be. My food tasted cold and that’s the last time I’ve been there. There were a few more instances that were unpleasant but I don’t want to write a novel.

Stingiest portions ever served at this franchise. To top it off the food was stale. Would nit even feed it to my dogs. Will not return even if I’m starving.

Food was still great, they seem to have gotten faster. The line was past the door, but I was out in about 7 minutes. I noticed that the portions are a little smaller, though! Maybe this was just the people who were working that night. We love the food, so we will try it again, I just hope the smaller portions was a fluke.

This isn’t the best panda that I have been to. The service was meh and the food was ok. I went early maybe an hour after they opened, and it wasn’t a great experience.

I don’t know why this spot get a low rating, we pass by two other locations to come to this one. The food is always fresh and they are never out of items. The staff is far more courteous than other pandas that we have gone to. My favorite thing has to be the teriyaki chicken. Grilled perfectly and always tasty. The best part about this location is there is never a line!!!

It’s unfortunate that a franchise like Panda Express can’t get their team right. Very incompetent about their own menu. Had to go back 3 times because they couldn’t get my order right. It’s not like I walked in asking for a burger. The PE in Brea is a better option if you’re in the area. I know I won’t ever return to this one in LH.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Had some good food. Highly recommend the sweetfire chicken. For those you complain about Panda, it is not high end cuisine. But, for the price and quality it is definitely high on my list. Definitely coming back here.

Dono why I always get chow mein, its like, I’m expecting it to be good one day. waiting for 15+ years #patience :P Naaah patience is someone else’s virtue. This is Panda X ya’ll, what’s their to laud about em? The place is clean. I never argued or yelled at any of the staff here for serving crap or talking to people like crap so its blaaah bleeh blaah. Every now and then some orange chicken isn’t too bad.

I’ve been here a couple of times and this location is a bit smaller than the other Panda Express branches. However they have outdoor seating, which is nice when dining here at night because of the ambiance outside(Christmas lights above and around the fountain area). The food is just alright as what is expected from most Chinese fast foods. I think it is tapered to the general public’s palate. Their food lacks bold flavors of the orient and therefore I consider not authentic at all. Also, their serving portion is a little less than the other Chinese fast food such as at Twin Dragon, which is located just at the next mall. Service crew were nice and I could say patient enough while you chose your entrée. They would also let you sample some of the entrees to assist you in choosing. The dinning area was kept clean and the restrooms as well. I particularly like that Panda Express has an open kitchen, which they keep clean. Likewise their glass door refrigerators that keeps cut veggies in clear containers, I just thought it was very organized. This branch is situated in a busy mall where there is Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, Sam’s, and etc. and if you happen to be in a hurry to get some mediocre Chinese take-out this place would do.
